A little difficulty with the key box but staff sent a video immediately to help. Codes for doors and gates all worked perfectly. Room was good value for its excellent location. Shower and entire bathroom were great. Make sure you are in touch through WhatsApp and your phone works well in Rome. Breakfast arrangement with Pit Stop is top notch the staff there were extremely friendly. A map to the breakfast restaurant location would be helpful.

The hotel is wonderfully located with easy walking access to water transportation, shopping, attractions. Good breakfast at the hotel right across the street

Hotel was close to Termini station. Check in went well and the overall condition of the room was good, albeit basic. However, the AC was not powerful enough to cool down the room and the ceiling fan did not work. There was also no complimentary breakfast as advertised other than cookies and coffee in the room.
