Overpriced. Poor and dimly lit room. Small sized.

The hotel is steps from the airport, it has a shuttle. I like the design, the pool is great and the gym is perfect. The room is great for a family of 4. We had breakfast included, delicious, you can make your own waffles, they have eggs and quesadillas ☺️ We stayed there almost all day as our plane was at 22:30, is it very comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

Perfect location to the airport, short walk or use the shuttle service from the airport. Food is excellent great value for money and big portions. Breakfast is always fresh. Spacious and clean rooms with the staff always on hand to help.

Super convenience, across the road from the airport. We booked for 1 night as we arrived late so it was super easy to walk across to. Lovely staff, we had a great meal there too.

At the bar they charge directly a 15% of service even if you take just a beer in the can...

Roof top pool is great! Shuttle to and from airport a great service included with the stay.

Check in process was busy and chaotic. Room windows don’t open.

Beautiful pool, room, restaurant, and fitness center. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING and dinner at the restaurant was delicious too. Did not feel like an airport hotel at all. Super close to terminal 3 - we walked instead of using the shuttle.

Me cobraron el desayuno cuando el día anterior me dijeron que ya estaba incluido, todo el personal fue bastante grosero, desde que llegue hasta que me fui. El único que fue amable fue el del shuttle. Además me hicieron pagar más porque disque hice un early check in

El servicio

The hotel looks great and clean. Staff are very nice and attentive.

The only bad part of this hotel: the bed. Super thin and hard. I’m not a picky person but I couldn’t sleep at all. Maybe slept one hour and was happy I had an early flight.

Très bien situé proche de l’aéroport. Patio intérieur très sympa, et la piscine également. Hôtel propre et agréable pour une bonne transition entre l’arrivée et la suite du voyage pour le Mexique, ou avant le retour.

Falta de variedad en la comida

It’s a good location and the swimming pool area is nice.

We waited for 20 mins to be served for dinner and the gave up and decided to order room service. Room service took over an hour to arrive and arrived cold. Check out was a very slow process as the manager was talking to another customer about tourist attractions and did not notice that the trainee was asking for help to check out. This meant I nearly missed a allocated shuttle. I had given 15 mins to check out and already had given my card details at check in so should have a been a very straightforward process.

For a stop next to the airport it had a bit of everything you need. Room was spacious and comfy. All very clean.

We had a family room with sofa bed and the mattress was very uncomfortable. We had to request extra blankets and bedding to cover it but the house keeping sorted it which was great.

La différence de prix d’une journée à l’autre pour la même chambre ! Exemple j’ai payé 300$ et un couple d’amis sont allés 2 jours au paravant et eux pour la même chambre on payé 178$ !!
