Our check in time was 3pm, we got to the hotel at 3:15. Front office gave us our key, we went up to the room & saw our assigned room door wide open & room still a mess. Maids were in another room laughing & dancing. Told us to give them 30 mins to clean. We were tired & had drove 9 hours. Then when we got settled in, the tv didn’t turn on at all. We had random extension cords around the room. Wallpaper was peeling off the certain spots on the wall. Parts of the bathroom ceiling were drooping. While taking a shower the water pressure was weak & came to a complete stop then the water came out cold, & had to cut the shower short.

This entire hotel needs to be renovated. It is dirty, damaged, has pests, smells, has mold and no one should stay here.

The location was good. It was an easy drive to Universal Studios, where we went on our trip. There was free parking at the hotel. The pool seemed ok. The beds were only ok; they were a little too firm, but that is ok for me.

The A/C unit in the room wasn't large enough to keep up with the room, so it was too hot well into the night. The room wasn't very clean. It felt like things were sanitized, but the floor was dirty. The carpet was old. The fixtures were not well installed, and the room felt sloppy.

As you walk into the room there is a nasty smell. AC was not working properly. The bed was stained underneath like they had not clean in months.

I was extremely disappointed. The area felt safe, however the pictures and amenities advertised are not at all reality. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. So many health and safety violations!! The amenities advertised were not available. The only outlets in the room were overloaded with power strips. The bathroom was dirty and smelled of mold. I found the source in the shower. I was so upset and frustrated because I have small children and could not afford another room in the area... Many were 3 times the amount I was paying and others sold out. Staff was not accommodating at all and seemed to be oblivious to what the rooms really looked like. Trying to get them to answer the phone was ridiculous!

Everything! The free breakfast offered was not available. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke & body odor. Roof in bathroom was falling in & smelled like old water.

The room was very outdated with old decor and was in desperate need of refurbishment. Couldn't get any channels on the TV and the bathroom door lock was broken and hanging off. The bath was clean but had cracks in the paint. There was mold on the ceiling
