I stayed at this hotel for a week and it took 4 days to get hot water. The water had to run 10 minutes before it got hot. The light cover on one of the wall mounted lights next to the bed was not installed...it was sitting in a drawer. The door on the east side of the building would not open with the key card. I mentioned this at least 3 times and the staff said they know about it. The pool was not ready to open. The free breakfast was inadequate. Orange juice machine didn't work right. Both the hot and cold food was not stocked well. Muffins ran out every day. Elevator floors and the landings at each floor were not cleaned daily. Bottom line THIS PROPERTY WAS OPENED TOO SOON and the staff needs more training
