Very clean And accommodating

We had to change our own sheets and get fresh towels ( I was informed by front desk that because this is not done on weekends) very disappointing because most my hotels usage in life has been on weekend . Who wants to sleep on dirty sheets ???

The bed

The bed was comfortable and I liked that the room had a kitchen. The location was good since it was close to everything. D one of the hotel staff was super sweet and helpful. I dropped my breakfast on the ground when opening the door and I asked for a broom to clean it up and she told me to get another plate and she would handle it.

When we first got to the hotel we checked in and got ready for the ball we were attending (we didn't use the bed til later) the shower still had hair in it, which I could easily wash down the drain. Later that night we went to bed to find hair that wasn't mine and crusty yellow stains on the sheets. We took them to the front desk to request new ones but the guy at the front desk was rude about it and kept asking if we did it and had to get a manager to get us clean sheets. It's not worth the money.

Room was on the first floor next to the elevators.
