The food and breakfast were excellent, room comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful Superb all round
It's a dog friendly property and there was a very noisy dog in the room next to ours but that's not the Anglers Arms fault just inconsiderate owners, we have dogs ourselves.

Loved the location. Room was clean. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Pub itself was lovely with lovely patrons.

Location was good for us as we were attending a sporting event nearby.
The little touches were nice decent tea/ coffee complimentary water in room, lovely fluffy towels and crisp white bedding, bedroom could do with a mirror on the dressing table.
On the surface it looks good new floors/ seating in bar but it is the attention to detail that needs addressing, just needs a good thorough overhaul, the carpet leading to upstairs looked like it hadn’t seen a hoover for a while… walls and doors in need of a repaint … our shower was blocked so over flowed…
