Great apartment, excellent location. Very clean and the person who met us to show us in and explain things was very nice and helpful.
The air con in the master bedroom was not working. A fan had been put in place but the bedroom temperature was not as comfortable as the other bedroom and the air con seems to be a recurring piece of feedback among guests.
The TV has a fault with the screen, so it has a large strip across it which makes watching anything annoying.
There was no tea towel to dry anything in the kitchen.

The apartment is very clean & very spacious! Truly a beautiful place to stay while in Milan and in an amazing location. We are extremely grateful to the hosts for letting us drop our bags off early so we could attend an event. I would stay again upon my next visit to Milan!
I can see from other reviews that some air conditioner units not working has been a problem for >1 month and it was the same during our trip. Whilst it wasn’t unbearably hot in Milan during our time, at this price point I would expect all property features to be properly working and the fan provided isn’t a good replacement. It’s a shame only because this apartment is a such a gem in the perfect location so it would be good if the owners could prioritise this maintenance given it has been mentioned in a lot of reviews now.
