Great location. Perfect for scuba divers or snorkelers. Walk out front onto black sand beach (not visible from rooms). 100m up beach to coral reef with underwater temple. Beach covered with boats, cheaply available for snorkel/dive tours up and down coast. Small pool at hotel to relax afterwards. Hotel next door to great warung with cheap food all day & live music once a week. You'll hear it until 11PM on those nights. You'll hear the dive centre next door unloading scuba tanks at 8AM, if you're not already up. Very convenient 24-hr minimart 100m up road. Large cubicle in bathroom next to shower for rinsing & drying scuba gear.
No TV. No fridge. No safe. Footpaths on main road very poor, uncovered drains were dangerous, especially at night.

It’s in a good location with easy access to the beach where there is wonderful snorkelling. It’s not absolute beach front as there’s a road in front .

Very friendly staff
The rooms are very basic and quite dark with a bathroom that’s quite old and mouldy.
No top sheet on the bed, just a musty coverlet.
No room cleaning during our four nights there.
No pool towels
Lots of road noise and lots of clanging of scuba diving tanks from the dive shop next door early in the morning .

Location good beach front. Nice garden.nice bonus swimming pool staff helpful .air-conditioned work well and pressure shower good.if you don't mind wake up early and do activities of fishing or diving .this hotel will perfect
The worst things for us is shower and toilet area.it look terrible unclean and outdoor not mosquito net so expect mosquito in your room (many)we wish hotel should at least maintenance to get minimum standard for fair for customers pay money and want to have good experience holiday.
Surrounding hotel.really noise because carport diving at the back so they start loading oxygen tank since 5am plus traffic on the road but I don't think hotel can do much .room no soundproof. No mosquito net in the room
That is another worry past.and it many of them come in to the room.really thin cotton blankets.
