The house was really nice... the pool was amazing... the host was great about answering back when we communicated with him. Definitely thinking about booking next year for my birthday again.

This home is a great location as Kennedy Space Center which is within a 15 minute drive. Plus the home has a great indoor pool which we enjoyed everyday. Property owner was very helpful when we had questions. In addition, Jeff provided us with the rocket launch schedule so we wouldn't miss a thing!

Beautifully appointed property with a beachy vibe.
The pool invites you to lounge all day and the surrounding city beckons you to explore! Great house with everything you could need! Nice little coffee set up in the kitchen with a selection of coffee, sweeteners and creamers add a warm touch! Plenty of bonuses like a nice Bluetooth boom box and Smart TVs so you can access your own streaming services and watch what you like.

Place was outstanding. Great amenities for our stay. Very comfortable furniture and bedrooms. Great place for a family stay and plenty of room to visit and enterain poolside. Great Host and Great House.

I stayed here last week with my daughters and a family friend and her teen. The 3 kids were attending the Kennedy Space Center summer camp. The house was perfect for our needs. Spacious, good air conditioning, clean. The patio and pool were great fun and there were nice float chairs to use and a water football. We borrowed beach chairs and boogie boards to go to the beach. Jeff was the perfect host. Very responsive and communicative, he informed us of an upcoming spaceX launch we weren’t aware of and the best place to view it which was very cool for us moms to see while the kids got to see it from the Space Center. Our departure flight time was delayed by a few hours a couple of days before we were due to leave and he graciously allowed us a later checkout. Would highly recommend a stay here, and will definitely book again if we come back to the area.

The perfect place to spend the winter.
Close to everything one would need to buy. Close to the golf course and not all that far from shopping in Rockledge or Merritt Island.

If you don’t want to be in the middle of the madness of Orlando or the beach strip then this place is perfect. Nice pool, plenty of space and pretty much everything you need in a house. Easy drive to Cocoa Beach Canaveral or Orlando. Just a few minutes to the stores if you need to pick up a few groceries for your stay. Definitely recommend this place

Usually, places are pictured better than they are on the rental listings. Not here. Pool was great, decorated well throughout the home and very clean. Host is very easy to reach and very friendly. This will be our go to on the East Coast when we visit our friends there.

Perfect!
We had the best time at T’Villa! The property is well maintained and beautifully decorated. So much thought has been given to making your stay enjoyable...outdoor seating, indoor gathering areas, games, and the pool was our cherry on top! Thank you to our hosts who were awesome!! We look forward to making more memories there next time!!

We had everything we needed, including a pack 'n play for the baby. The kitchen was stocked, plenty of towels for the bath and pool. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. The owners even provided an extra trash bin (bins full from prior guests.) There were camp chairs and boogie boards for our beach trips and a thermacell to help keep the mosquitos away. We saw a family of Sandhill Cranes roaming the neighborhood and were lucky to see a SpaceX launch. Thank you for sharing your home.

This was the perfect get away for our trip. Close to everything you need without being in a very busy part of town. The host had great communication and were very welcoming.

Stunning
This was my first BnB and I was nervous about the whole process, but Jeff made everything super easy and his place was absolutely beautiful. The boys and I are already talking about our next trip just so we can stay there again.

Though we didn't use the pool, it certainly was a nice bonus and we did enjoy the nice patio! It had everything we needed to feel right at home, and we were able to bring my German Shepherd as well, which was important. We met the neighbors as well, who were very nice. We were close to so many things, and within an hour of so many other amazing places in FL. Jeff and Eric, THANK YOU so much for sharing your exceptional house! I would definitely recommend it, and actually already have to friends and family should they travel down.

T'Villa was perfect!
