Staff immediately brought a shower chair for my husband! When y’all “sell” a handicapped accessible room, it needs more than a shower stool and grab bars around the toilet. The toilet should be higher. And the shower should be walk in, not a tub where you have to lift your leg over. Also, a comfortable arm chair that sits like a dinning room chair, in other words, not too low. Although the sink was set up for a wheelchair, there was no counter space to put things around the sink. One side should be available for use. There was no “closet space” either, with low and high bars. Please do better. The staff were good! And you hired disabled folks to work there!

Other than yogurt, there was no protein offered for breakfast. Not all of us can eat waffles and bread products. The coffee was good !!

Breakfast was good, coffee and hot water 24/7 in the lobby was a nice touch. The staff and amenities were great!!! Especially the pool, with a real deep end, nicely heated, clean, good size. Good location close to the beaches and Kennedy Space Center and lots of great restaurants - Durango's down the street was amazing!!!

The breakfast would have been GREAT with the addition of some scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage and biscuits and gravy. A jacuzzi would have been nice by the pool. The rooms were a bit dated and worn, but very clean.

Location was good and it was quiet

I stayed 5 nights and never had the room cleaned or freshened up. That was a shock. I can understand missing a day but I had to ask for towels and supplies.
