For the amount I paid and deal I got I can’t really complain. The room wasn’t spotless and I didn’t mind. I was a little annoyed with no coffee pot in the room and the lobby pulls coffee with the “breakfast service”. Which breakfast was a joke. I’m thankful I pack protein shakes with me. I knew it was grab and go, I was downstairs at 7am and there was 3 chocolate chip muffins, one pouch of hard boiled egg and a nutrigrain bar. No staff anywhere to be seen to restock and I needed to leave. The other days were the same. I was also told Dunkin’ was in walking distance…. It’s close, however, you’re playing frogger with freeway on ramps and exits. I laughed the whole time and it was a funny story but understand you can not walk there! The hotel doesn’t have conditioner so Bring your own. The room doesn’t have a blow drier either so pack it if you want it. The housekeeping staff was sooooo nice and helpful. A man checked me in and he seemed very distracted or overwhelmed. His service was absolutely awful. Maybe it was an off day but he literally forgot about me while I was waiting for my room and then asks me if I have been checked in after almost 2 hours. I flew all day and just wanted to sleep so that was not fun but the woman working along side him was kind and helpful the entire trip. All in all I won’t stay there again but if you need a cheap bed for your head you do you. The Durango’s steakhouse is in the parking lot and it was yummy

Good stay with this hotel. Reasonable price, friendly service, comfortable room, and convenient location for the area. The only issue we had was that the hotel ran out of room keys, which was inconvenient. Would recommend for a quick stay.

The stay was wonderful, very good attention and atmosphere, very clean everything, includes breakfast and is very close to the main places and restaurants we were looking for in the area, very helpful reception staff especially Tiffany who was essential in our stay, we recommend this place 100 percent.

Checkin process was quick. I give it an "A" cleanliness. The staff was very attentive and helpful.. Plenty of parking space. Reataurants at walking distance. Overall great experience.

The room smelled stale and of cigarette smoke. Cheap motel.

First room had a broken AC, wasn’t repaired after 24 hours so I requested another room. Second room was ok. They aren’t very well staffed so they don’t clean the rooms or hallways. Linens don’t smell clean. Business model is like an apartment more than a hotel.

This place is very overpriced for what you get. The service is terrible, more like non existent. The elevator was broken. Room was decent but had an odor.

Clean excellent place to stay, Tiffany at the desk makes sure you have anything you need.
