The location was perfect for us. Close to everything we were doing. The home could use a little TLC but it definitely meet our needs.

I really loved the place. It was very spacious and clean. Location was awsome, it was very close to resturants and actions. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet for a night walk. It has a beautiful front yard and cozy back yard with Jacuzzi and BBQ. We enjoyed relaxing our nights there. Kamran was very helpfull and communicative. He answered my questions right away and properly. There was planty of dishes in the kitchen and it was enough for 12 people. I really recommend Kamran and his place to everybody. I would definitely come back to Kamran place again.

I was blown away by how much there is to do in this area. Close to so many restaurants, shopping center and interesting places to go. What a great quiet neighbourhood to walk and come back and relax in the Jacuzzi. I wish I could have stay longer, I would definitely come back for a longer stay. House allowed for all 9 of us to stay at the same place, which is what we wanted. Great location for Lakewood/Long Beach area. Within 10 minutes of Long Beach Airport, 30 minutes of Seal Beach. The neighborhood was safe enough for daily walks, which were enjoyable. The house needs electrical work, lights in the master closet and master sink would come on and off intermittently, but not when you turned them on. It was not a motion detector issue, like other lights in the house. The light in the downstairs bath was missing two light bulbs, very dark. The air conditioner was not connected upstairs and adjusting the panel downstairs never cooled the main floor. The AC never turned on, when we entered the house it was 80. It luckily cooled when we opened the windows, the AC never did anything. Luckily we had some mild days but summer would be very uncomfortable. The area rug in the master bedroom is easily tripped over, all 4 corners curl up. We booked for 9 people but there wasn't enough dining room chairs, enough seating in the living room or enough dishes. Only 1 dish towel was provided for 3 days. Only enough towels for 1 shower per person, so reuse. No bath mats were provided, and the tile upstairs especially was very slick when you exit the shower. The beds did not have mattress protectors, the mattresses had stains. The yard was not well taken care of, lots of weeds and overgrown plants. We had 3 veterans in our group that look for more than 1 exit (emergency training). Unfortunately the back patio door was completely blocked by a mattress, refrigerator and a bunch of random items, looked like it was being used for storage. Not only is that unsafe but you could ask more per night if the patio was accessible for BBQ's and outside enjoyment. Not having an outside area to sit and entertain was unfortunate. That would have been lovely in California. A hot tub would be a plus. The TV Netflix was not programmed to English language so took us awhile to get that figured out. The plasma screen had been left on too long, so had an image or something in it that distorted the programs. Coffee pot was nice but did not auto turn off, so maybe a note to make sure people turn it off or you could have a problem. The house smelled of smoke opening windows made it tolerable., but it was a very intense smell, for a house full of non smokers. A coat of Kilz would help. Knowing
