Property was as described. Convenient to drive to old town Cape Coral and shopping. Convenient canal ride to get a rental boat out to the river and intercoastal. Very nice stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and appliances. The bedrooms are very large and the beds very comfortable. There are plenty of towels for the bathrooms and for the pool. Loved having the washer and dryer available on property. We were a bit disappointed because the posting states there is a boat available, and there was not. And the area by the canal looks a little worn and tired, but to be fair, there was a horrible hurricane last October. Tony, greeted us when we checked in and was very helpful during our stay. This property really worked well for us as far as size and proximity to the airport . We would definitely stay there again, except for all the excessive fees that are attached to the reservation.

Overall the house had plenty of space and was very lovely; however, the condition of the home and furnishings need attention and repairs. Also, I do realize this is a very large house but the housekeeping was not as we have experienced at other homes we have rented. Sent the Property Manager a couple of questions and concerns and did not receive a response during our stay.

The property offered plenty of room for our family of 16. The pool spa was nice to control separately from the main pool with little kids. Tony was a great property manager and helpful. The Wi-Fi was very sketchy and we tried several times to reboot per Tony’s direction which resulted in TV’s not working with streaming. The house needs a vacuum to keep floors clean for daily up keep. Just a side note for awareness- Extra coffee pot and one of the crockpots did not work.

The house was beautiful and bedrooms were spacious providing plenty of space for 14 to spread out. The pool and spa were a great add and the dining room was big enough to seat us all! We loved the laundry on-site and felt the home was well stocked and clean. We might say if possible to add a vacuum so we could have kept up on the sand better but we mopped and swept! We plan to come Back next year! Perfect for us!

The owner was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our trip. The home was very spacious and had all the amenities of home and then some. The area was nice and neighborhood was quiet yet close to restaurants and shopping. Was a great time!

Bicycle trips to river beach are great, Great net covered pool with multiple tables and chairs; fully loaded kitchen, outside grill, with boat dock. Piano for home made music. Plenty of parking. Many small smart items that makes your vacation pleasant. Pool clean team disabled the pool for 3 days with extra chlorine, boats need to be reserved ahead of time, one of the showers was clogged ; some of the first floor windows shades need an upgrade. A food processor for the kitchen can be nice.

Our family was very pleased with this property. Correspondence with Larisa, owner, was prompt; entry was easy and the house was very clean. Being summer time, and very hot and humid, the house was always very comfortable....on both levels. There were 10 of us--6 adults and 4 teens. Because of the spaciousness of the house and # of bedrooms, each grandchild was thrilled to have their own bedroom. The house was very well supplied with towels (bath and pool), the kitchen was fully equipped with most anything you would need: pans, bowls, silverware, knives, plates, bowls gadgets, crock pot, coffeemaker, bake ware, etc. Our only shortage was glasses. The washer and dryer were also very handy in keeping up with towels and laundry. The openness of the living/TV area and kitchen allowed us all to easily interact. There was plenty of seating in the living/TV area with comfortable recliners and in the dining area there were two separate tables and plenty of chairs. It made for great fun in playing family games. A pool table also provided endless rounds of competitive pool games. Although no one plays in our family, there was also a piano upstairs. Beach chairs, tent and all kinds of sand toys are available in the garage. Also, bikes which our kids didn't use. Our family really enjoyed the huge unheated pool and hot tub, barbecue grill, and relaxing deck area....especially after a busy day. On a couple occasions, we had to contact Tony, who was the "go to" guy for any house issues. Tony was very pleasant, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful in addressing our needs. Thank you!! Overall, we highly recommend this property for a family get away. Thanks for the memories.

Alltså vilket underbart hus! Stora fina rum plats till alla! Och alla strandsatte man fick låna! Poolområdet med flera bord och solstolar var härligt! Grillen var inte riktigt ren så det fick vi göra innan vi använde den! Bra läge också till våran lilla strand 6 min med bil och där kan man äta på boathouse gott! Ca 30 min till Sanibel island! This was the perfect house for our extended family reunion. Enough bedrooms for the different families and age groups. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and gadgets to prepare meals for 20 people. We spent most of our time on the lanai with plenty of seating for all of us! The property manager was always responsive to any questions we had. Our check in was delayed due to the previous guests leaving an hour late…and it’s a big house to turn over..so no fault of the team! I highly recommend this house!

Almost perfect stay for a party of 11.

The home was beautiful and Spacious! Everything we needed was readily available. We had 6 adults and 7 children. One of the bedrooms was actually used as a play room. The children are small and wanted to sleep with their cousins. Would highly recommend. If I repeated the stay I would have spent the time to travel to Sanibel |Captiva or FortMyers beach’s.. the local beaches lacked in amenities.

The house was large enough for all 9 of us but the pool/grill area needed a good cleaning. Small issues in the house, for example, the washing machine in the house needs servicing as does the AC unit. The area was nice. Lots of things to do and places to go. We would do this again.

House is beautiful! Fishing in the canal. Short travel to Fort myers & sanibel island. Perfect location!! House stocked with nearly everything you may need! 2 washers and dryers was a nice bonus! Owner communicated through vrbo messages with quick response! We ENJOYED OUR stay!!

This venue is perfect for discussing childhood misunderstandings and planning for future events. Eating as a family, private swimming pool, fishing from the dock, private bedroom suites and being close to shopping and entertainment made this a perfect setting. We will book again and recommend to our friends. It is clean and well maintained.

So very disappointed by all of us. The place has potential and needs to be up dated and needs a good scrubbing . We have stayed at a lot of VROB and this was the worst. The extravagant charges for if a tire blows out on a bike and the use of electricity who does that, it should be rolled over in the rental. I could deal with their extra charges and worn items in this house but I can not deal with uncleanliness especially during COVID.

We had an amazing time at this property. Comfortably fit 6 couples and a couple others with no issues of running into each other needing a bathroom or a place to sit. We came down to prep for a wedding on Sanibel and couldn’t have asked for a better house to fit us all. The house was clean and organized upon arrival and everything was as advertised. We wouldn’t change a thing!!
