Our family came together from all over the country to celebrate our Pop's 60th. The space was absolutely perfect. Clean, spacious (we all had our own rooms and bathrooms), a private pool/oasis to get some sun, and an open living and family area. We hope to make a trip back someday and have already told our Texas family about Friday at Last!

We have been coming for the last 10 years for a big party we throw on the beach and to date, This is by far the best place we have found, and are already planning on staying here again. The pool is shaded so it remains cool, The six bedrooms with King beds and individual restrooms are key as well as the kids' room. The group area is large and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and things that are needed.

This house is AWESOME!! Beautifully decorated, complete kitchen items and loved 3 refrigerators plus 2 sets of washer/dryers!! Also dining table and chairs enough for us all. Every Bedroom with a Bath was wonderful!! Pool and back area were amazing!! We have been coming as a family for over 20 years to the coast and rented many different homes, but this is either our 1st or 2nd most favorite place ever!! And, not one thing wrong or not working!!! YEA!! Have already booked our vacation at this house for 2024!!

Friday at Last was the perfect vacation beach house for our family of 15 (11 adults/4 children). So very well stocked from bathrooms to kitchen. Plenty of beds for all and each bedroom has it's own private bathroom with half bath downstairs. Kitchen has 3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 farm tables that seat 10 each. Will definitely go back next year and will refer family and friends.

Just an excellent property all around. Minutes to the beach and enjoy the pool when you return. Every family (5 total) was able to have their own room and full bathroom.
Kitchen was great and dining room quite roomy.
After the kids went to sleep the parents enjoyed the fire pit and hanging out playing ping pong.
Nice subdivision, great property and extremely responsive host. Thanks, again!

Took my softball for a tournament and this house was more than enough. The house fit all of us comfortably, the pool was great for them to relax after games and the kitchen/dinning fit us as a team for a great team bonding experience. New Wave Vacation rental was amazing to work with and answered all my questions. Definitely would stay and rent here again.

Excellent experience! Beds were comfortable and the service from the management company, New Wave, is unmatched on the island. My family has visited every year for about 5 years and from now on we will rent from New Wave properties.

When we arrived the AC was broken, upstairs and downstairs, and the temperature in the house was in the 80’s (it was 90s outside). We called the management company and they did respond very quickly and sent someone out, however they were unable to fix it. The only thing they could do was bring in two portable AC units (for a 7 bedroom/two story house). Therefore we had to sleep with no AC through the night, which was pretty miserable, and there were multiple young children/infants and a pregnant lady. They were not able to come back and fix it until the next day (so about 24 hours of no AC). However, once the AC was working, we had a great time! The house is just as pictured and worked very well for our big family! We would stay here again. Only thing I wish was that they were a little more accommodation with the lack of AC or offered some sort of compensation when they couldn’t fix it right away.

Comfy & fun!! We had a big family vacation. 4 different families, all w/ kids under from 6yo to 10mos … the house was big enough we all were so comfortable in sleeping arrangements & in general space as well. We will def be coming back! Highly recommend!

Wonderful property for a family reunion! 5 families stayed here, plenty of room and storage... each room had their own bathroom, private pool was a gem and having the main living room on the lower floor was a must. We even hired a private chef to cook dinner! Can't wait to come back!

Great place for large families
Overall great place. If someone’s staying 3 night u could at least leave more trash bags. The one you left tore with hardly anything in them. Coffee pot missing it’s top. Fry pans were old and handle loose on one and other dirty with finish gone on both. A/c great. Pool excellent, nice chairs to use on beac.h. Need instructions on how to lock doors. They are a new style and were a little hard to figure out how to lock..

This house was the perfect place for my family vacation. We have 3 different families that go to the beach and this house had the perfect amount of space for everyone. It was beautiful and spacious. The pool was refreshing and clean and the fire pit and grill allowed us to have a nice bbq at night. The neighborhood and people around us were friendly and respectful of the noise.
