PERFECT LOCATION!!!! This was an absolutely BEAUTIFUL condo centrally located from pretty much everything. Amenities are ideal, check-in process is a piece of cake, & the response time from the host was extremely quick! We loved it!

This AirBnb was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Super huge and spacious. I stayed for two weeks. The communication with the host was great most of the time. Overall, 10/10 I would recommend this place to people with groups of 5 or more people. Thank you for accommodating me sextant stays.

Went down to Miami for the water sports, we come every year at the end of the summer and by far this is the best spot for the money. My parents would even love it. Its not rowdy, nice and tranquil. Overnight security is a plus with 24/7 bell service.. I mean they don't even tell you half of the stuff you are getting. Just an overall great experience.

We didn’t get the room we booked. The refrigerator didn’t work, causing our food to spoil. No cable television. Parking garage was incredibly small. I wouldn’t recommend.

I am giving the property 2 stars due to the events that my wife and I occurred during our stay for our anniversary. When we first checked in at 4 pm and surveyed the property it was very appealing, but we noticed it was a somewhat hot around 90+ degrees inside. We thought maybe this was due to the AC being off. So we waited a couple hours to see if the the temperature would change. Around 9pm we noticed it hadn't so we contacted the property manager. They did respond, but by this time it was becoming unbearable to stay in so we left and to see if any accommodations could be made for that night. We end up paying for another hotel to stay at that night and came back the following morning at 11am as we were advised the AC technician would arrive then. We waited and the technician didn't arrive till 4pm in between time we had to sit outside on the balcony becuase my wife became faint from heat exhaustion and almost had to go to the ER. We didn't want to leave and miss the technician so we ordered UberEats and found out on our own that the elevators were not working and we had to take the stairs to get food and water. We were staying on the 10th floor! We sat and waited on the patio the whole time as it was to hot in the house and about 80 degrees outside. When the technician did come at 4pm it was finally fixed. The house didn't cool down till 9pm. So basically we went 2 days in an unbearable living situation when our main goal was to just relax the whole stay on location, we've been to Miami several times and were not interested in tourist attractions. We asked would we be refunded for the first night (not even referencing the second day) and we were advised we would have to wait till after our stay and our payment was fully processed for the full stay and incidentals. We still have not been refunded till this day and were very discontent with this. We never give bad reviews on VRBO we just felt this could have been handled better by management.

My family enjoyed staying at this lovely property. It was spacious with a great view! Easy check in and communication.

Beds were great, kitchen had all the needed equipment, beach was less than 10 minutes by Uber. Area has some very good restaurants, my sons loved an Argentine steakhouse which I can't remember the name. Highly advice all families looking for a calm and cozy place to book this unit.

I have been coming to Miami over the last 20 years, at least 3-2 times a year. Am a usual at Art Basel and the Boatshows, I love South Beach and have been staying at different hotels. Over the years my favorite spots in Ocean Drive and Collins have totally changed, the streets have gotten more dirty, there are crazy waco people late at night, and it's simply not the environment to provide joy during a holiday. I came across this listing and it seemed to good to be true, although I must admit I was blown away with the location, quality, and price this unit offered me.

The kids LOVED the pool, and I had a great time laying out by it ;). Lots of parks close by, my family really enjoyed everything about the property and it made our trip really special. Thank you to Sextant! You are doing a great job!!

My family really enjoyed the condo and were pleasantly surprised by how much space the unit had. It looks soooo much bigger than the pictures. I really didn’t realize how close it was to the beach, and just about everything else! You are really right in the middle of everything. It couldn’t be in a better location. I can’t wait to come back next summer with my husband and kids again to enjoy the pool! An A++++
