Our family stayed here over the holidays. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with nearby paths and parks. There is a big backyard which our dogs loved. The home was extremely clean and Ashley the host was kind and responsive. We must come back in the summer to take advantage of the grill and fire pit!

Cute, comfortable and clean house at an easy distance to Red Rocks. Worked perfectly for 4 friends who all had our own room. Appreciated the thoughtful coffee bar and the amenities for my dog—bowls, waste bags, treats. The yard was pristine and would have been fun to enjoy the outdoor kitchen if we had more time. Great proximity to stores and great walking path in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed here with our pup! It was spacious and clean. Ashley is quick to respond and super helpful. Our pup loved the backyard and wanted to stay out there all day. We even hosted a little get together with friends and the backyard was perfect for hosting. The house is in a convenient location just minutes from Target, good coffee, and other stores.

Plenty of room for the entire family and the dogs! Super comfy couches and beds, and a nice work space in the lower level. Outside space is super inviting. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Would book again.

We spent 2 weeks at this beautiful home. The list of wonderful things to mention is long The house is beautifully decorated, but there was still plenty of space to store our items. The backyard is big and was a wonderful place to enjoy coffee in The morning and relax after work in the evening with our dogs. My husband and I were on a working vacation. The house was set up so that we could both be on calls with out disturbing each other. The location was perfect. the network of trails to take our dogs on daily walks was within feet of the house. From a broader perspective we were 30 minutes from downtown Denver, Golden and Boulder and less than an hour from many hikes in the mountains. Add in comfortable beds, a coffee bar, a stock of all the things you do not want to have to buy when you rent and hosts that were accessible and helpful! They have created a wonderful home away from home.

My husband and 17 year old twin boys throughly enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in vacation rentals across the world and this is one of our favorites! We were all able to spread out and each have our own space. My sons especially loved the basement level with the big screen tv! Located in a quiet cul de sac, it truly was a home away from home. The decor is even better than pictured. Love the owners sense of style! The kitchen was very well equipped with a nice selection of coffees and teas. As an added bonus, it was so thoughtful to have a basket of snacks to welcome us. There was a plethora of supplies such as soaps, shampoos, tissues, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc...The host allowed us to check in an hour early and was kind enough to discreetly check on us during our stay. If it is between this house and another, pick this one. You won't be disappointed!

A big, beautiful house with lots of private spaces, like a second living room on the lower level. I wish we had a bigger family! But it was great for the two of us and our two dogs, who loved the back yard.
It's in a great neighborhood and there are tons of walking trails nearby. It's close-in to Denver as well as Arvada having it's own personality and flair.
The amenities of the house were really nice, with a nice welcome note and treats for both us and our dogs!

Everything was as advertised, which isn't always the case, so we greatly appreciated that. We were able to enjoy the backyard deck, corn hole game, and fire pit as well as the indoor amenities. Thanks for the coffee and snacks!

This is a great place, close to shopping but in a quiet residential neighborhood. Owners are very responsive to questions. The back yard is perfect for relaxing, outdoor cooking and pets. Nice to have separate floor options for privacy and three full bathrooms.
If we need a place again in Denver, we will not hesitate staying here.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful and had all of the neccessities. The neighborhood was very nice and close to lots of stores. It was also not too far from all of the places that my friends and I had visited. We got to meet Ashley when we arrived at the house, and she was so sweet. We only ran into 2 problems during our stay, which was trying to turn on the outside grill and the microwave not heating up, but Ashley was very responsive and always had a solution.

A beautiful house and yard in a great location close to all you might like to do in the area. It was great for just the two of us and our dogs, but also has lots of spaces we didn't use, like the "2nd living room" and a lot of nice bedrooms. We could have brought a lot more people without feeling claustrophobic.

This 4 bedroom home was perfect for our group. It was very clean, well equipped, the hosts were so accomodating with anything we needed. We were a family group of 6: 3 adults 3 children. Everything was exactly as described. The neighorhood was quiet and location was great! Close to all of the Denver area attractions. We will be back for future stays! Thank you so much, Ashley, for all you did to ensure that our stay was comfortable. It was lhome for our 11-day stay.

We were in for a college visit and ski for one day. Close to Boulder and drive to and from Copper was perfect. Definitely will rent again if my child chooses to attend Boulder.

Everything about this home was easy and exactly what we wanted! There was plenty of space for us all and it was well appointed. Lovely home- our visit was brief as we were there visiting family, but we would stay again.

Nice location. It snowed during our stay, so didn't get to utilize the backyard much, but it is large and worked for our dogs. The house is a split level with bedrooms in the top level, a living room and kitchen in the main level, and a nice section in the bottom level that includes both a bedroom and a separate living room space with a TV. The house overall would work for larger groups. Would stay there again.

From the check in to check out process this property was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood, Wonderful host who answered questions or concerns almost immediately and for us a great location. There were three parks within walking distance which were perfect for the kids. We could drive into Denver within 20-30 minutes. We would definitely highly recommend this property and would be more than happy to come back!

We were in town for a Rockies game and concert at Empower stadium with our kids and their families. This was the perfect location for us and the amenities were great. Owners were very responsive to any questions I had before and after. I would use this property again. It is close to a lot of restaurants and interstate to get to other places.

Beautifully appointed home away from home
We were 2 related couples who needed space for 6 to gather comfortably, this beautiful home did not disappoint! We had plenty of room to both be together, yet also an entire second living area when needed. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, all with very nice bedding and towels. The kitchen was very well stocked, to include basic cooking items and all the necessary dishes, cutlery, and glassware. Very centrally located with a grocery, Target and Costco within 1.5 miles-so convenient! Also near a major highway that makes getting downtown very easy. Great backyard with all you could want in outdoor cooking and playing. The homeowners were so great to work with, very responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back when we visit Denver.
