We had a good stay.

Headache free and easy. Totally enjoyed the stay. Definitely met our needs. 10/10 recommend

The house has lots of room and pretty close to Lake Michigan. Everything we used worked ok and there were no problems.
It was fantastic that pets are allowed but the only area on the property for the pup to do their business is pretty small and not secure. Very workable but on the deck or yard the dog can wonder off property at will.
All in all it met our needs.

Not well maintained or supplied. Not one dish towel! Bathroom towel bars falling off wall. Bathroom shower faucet had to be tightened to get hot water. We had to call to get WiFi working. Furniture/rugs old and dirty. Not great neighborhood.
Worst of all, we had bats flying around the kitchen 3 nights of our 5 which we had to deal with pest control visits two days. We received a small refund.
Property needs some attention to expect to get that kind of rent.

The house was perfect for our 12 person golf outing. It was clean and roomy, with plenty of space for all of us.

This is a fairly spacious place for a large family gathering. We had to wait for the house to be cleaned (we arrived an hour after check in) and we had to wait 4 hours for the house to warm up. Some of the furniture was in need of repair and the sink in one of the bathrooms didn't work.
Its located close to town and was easy to find the place.

We enjoyed our stay, however when my son put his bag on the bottom bunk of the downstairs bedroom the bed tilted, upon further investigation we noticed that the bottom bunk only had five slats and there was a slat all busted up under the bed. (The top bunk had thirteen slats). My son ended up putting the mattress on the floor and slept there. Also parking was a concern, but we worked through that. I did think that the furniture was a bit dated.

We needed somewhere to stay near the venue we rented for the family Christmas party. This home provided plenty of bedrooms. It offered us the rooms we needed. As most of our weekend was spent out of the house and we only needed somewhere to sleep, this home served our purpose. Furniture needed to be updated. Thank you for opening up your home.

We had a great time. 9 60 something ladies celebrating friendship of 40+ years. This was perfect for our group. Only suggestions would be new blinds.

The entire home needs an overall. It looked like the cleaning staff did not come before our arrival

Lots of beds
Place was great for Lot of people. There is no central air just a couple of small window units and a lot of the windows don't have screens.

Family reunion!
Lots of sleeping spaces, VERY well stocked kitchen! We enjoyed the fire pit and deck, it was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Although it has 2 living rooms and kitchens, the living rooms are small for our party of 10 to hangout. Kitchen table only seats 5, so thankfully the weather cooperated so we could split and eat outside. They did a good job remodeling this old house: it was 2 units that they merged to rent altogether. Note that one of the bedrooms is a through way to get to upstairs. We just didn’t use that room.
It does have window A/C units and they did a good job cooling the house. Full size coffeemaker and all newer appliances. Griddle on stove was handy for our daily large breakfasts!

Good location in the middle of Manistee. Very old house that has been polished up. No air conditioning just fans provided. Hot water tank had not been used for a while and the water had a terrible smell when we first started using it. Eventually the smelly water did clear up. Lots of beds throughout the house and a kitchen on each floor.

Our group of girlfriends enjoyed our stay at this home. A few things to improve on; the beds were uncomfortable and some were unsteady. Also a few of dining room chairs were in poor condition and unusable.
