This is a great little house in a picturesque small town nestled in the White Mountains. The reclining sofa is extremely comfortable, and the huge TV is great. The remodeled kitchen has nice appliances. The property is well maintained and very clean. I highly recommend it.

Great response time between texts/calls with Jen, place was clean and up-to date, everything is at your fingertips for outings/shopping eating and travel… beds were very comfortable. Perfect for our hiking weekend

Unfortunately, we were not able to stay our full booking. We evacuated the property due to an infestation. Aside from the above, the property was conveniently situated, nicely decorated, comfortable and well laid out. The property owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful in addressing all our questions and even made arranged to receive a few packages prior to our arrival. Expedia/Vrbo requested we book alternate accommodations for the night while they sort things out the next day (Vrbo's customer service was unbelievably difficult and frustrating to deal with!)

Our family stayed for a long weekend in the summer and found this apartment to be a great home base for our Lincoln area exploration. The apartment is very clean and cozy - comfy couch, well equipped kitchen, and the kids LOVED the Harry Potter hideout under the stairs. We walked to several local restaurants when we didn’t want to cook - but it has everything you need in the kitchen. Texted with the owners once while there and very responsive. Like any downstairs apartment there is noise transfer from above but it wasn’t a big issue (another family so similar schedules). We visited Loon, Franconia Notch, and splashed in the river 5 minutes south in Woodstock. So close to 93 and just head North up main for the Kangamangus.

Recently refurbished, everything like new. Warm and clean. Landlord was very responsive. Just down the road from Loon so great location.

This is the perfect rental for a family of four. The space is small, but laid out very well. Easily walk to restaurants and quick drive to the mountain.

A quaint condo in downtown Lincoln. Perfect proximity from Loon or Cannon. Extremely clean, updated appliances. Tempur-pedic mattresses. Great and easy communication with Owner.

Highly recommend this home for those wanting to go to Loon or Cannon mountain. The place was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Everything is updated and it is obvious much attention went into making sure everything is there that you will need. Jenn was super helpful with guidance on how to deal with such low temperatures and for navigating the area in snow. Thanks for a great stay!
