Vacasa did not disappoint. The place is immaculate. We can't wait to come back.

I loved the location downtown to restaurants, shopping and Columbia River. Upon arrival, surprisingly we were in the wrong unit that what I had reserved, but luckily my oldest son was comfortable sleeping on the couch. Our master room bed was not made, the curtains in the living room did not give proper privacy due to coverage, the drain stopper in master bath did not work and the towel rack came off the wall when used. The shower sprays everywhere but on your body. When I originally told management about being in the wrong unit, Bev basically told me that there is nothing she could do and my two grown sons could just sleep together in a fold out couch. Then she told me it was my fault for choosing the wrong unit. The lack of support is the reason why I do not recommend Vacasa.

The location can't be beat, but I think it's worth mentioning the hiccups we had throughout our trip. Upon arrival (11:45pm I might add) after a terribly long day of travel we arrived to find that our door code did not work. We called the 24/7 customer service number, to be on hold for 25min to talk to someone. They gave us a second code that finally worked. We had 4 guests staying in the property, but only had 3 pillows and 2 blankets. Plenty of sheets, but when we reached out asking for an additional pillow and an extra blanket or two, they said they would bring them but we did NOT receive them and we had no follow up communication regarding that request. Both bathroom sinks in the property did not drain. And the dryer did not work. Overall, we loved the location of the property and though the property was clean and beautiful, we feel that things could have gone a bit smoother.....

Only issue was not able to get into condo w code they sent . And dryer didn’t work. But the place was spotless and convenient. Parking spaces are very tight…as they mention.

Pictures online were impressive but in reality the beds were hard and even young people complained. The water pressure was so weak getting the shampoo out of thick long hair was next to impossible and rinsing soap off body not much better than a vegetable mister. The washer and dryer do not work so a weeks stay means going to a laundromat and spending half of a vacation day with your clothes. Finally, a car big enough to fit suitcases for four people is too big to fit in the parking garage which is provided as part of the rental. We paid for on street parking for the week which is a dollar per hour from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. These are extra costs and inconveniences for an already expensive property. Be aware of these things when selecting this property. The bright spot was location and the local property manager who was most pleasant and helpful.

The place was filthy dirty dishes crumbs on counter liquor bottle left from previous tenant and cleaners left out on counter top from cleaning crew. Best weekend stay!
This condo was immaculate! Location was right in the middle of town so we could walk to everything. Tastefully decorated with so much space. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Hood River.

This is a beautiful condo conveniently located downtown on Oak Street. We would definitely recommend it to travelers and we look forward to staying there again!

Amazing location and home
We are in love with this loft. LOCATION is everything. It is right above Doppio Coffee. We arrived on a Friday, to a Christmas parade right on oak street that we could see from our window! We also were able to walk to the Christmas train down the street, which was awesome to not have to deal with parking. Speaking of parking, we had an SUV and could not use the parking spot for the place, but found street parking no problem. The loft is spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and easy to find. We loved it and will be back again.

There were pictures of a washer and dryer in the listing but when we got there a note saying they were out of order and not listed under the amenities so they were not to be used. The blinds are missing an end cap so when you open them all the way they fall off the track. Had to stand on a stool to put it back up.
Overall it was a fantastic stay, but just a lot of work.

The location is amazing, right in the heart of Hood River. Walkable to everything. The condo itself is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Really enjoyed out stay, wish we were here for longer!
