The condo was beautiful, the AC worked great, the beds were comfy, there were beach chairs and towels that came in handy for when we went to the beach and the community was so nice and quiet and even had a Farmers Market on Saturday ☺️

Great location- quick access to beaches, whale watching and sunsets. Chaired and towels for the beach were provided. Very quiet. Beds were fine and appreciated the fans. It was fun watching the birds on the patio- but the view is not the best. There were too many Knick knacks around. No space to prepare food. Electrical system very sketchy- run a toaster and a coffee pot and you pop the circuit breaker. Everything is plugged into an extension cord. Parking was close and easy. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again because it is really weird that there is no kitchen sink- if you choose to eat in, all dishes have to be washed in the bathroom sink. Also, in regards to the property manager- they were very in unresponsive to my questions prior to arriving. I got a response the second day of my stay and it wasn’t even the answer to my question. When I responded with that information, they responded again answering my question, but since I was already there I knew that their response was wrong! Anyway- I have had better luck working with the owners instead of a property manager.

Easy walk to hideaways. Also a surprisingly great place to stay to surf hanalei bay…just hike down alongside the st Regis and paddle out thru the keyhole in the reef at Puu Poa which drops you off right outside of the deepest takeoff zone. After you’ve had enough epically long rides paddle back to the pier, cross the river, and hike back to the same trail! Easy peasy. It would be nice to have a little more kitchen space/place to store some food but not really a big issue. Easy enough to do dishes in the bathroom and why cook anything when you can get great poke to go nearby! One thing that needs work is the electrical load capabilities. There is a warning not to run ac with the microwave and toaster but we actually set it off without even doing that. There is a sign in the room indicating that is a known problem and in process of being fixed…so again…not a big enough issue to impact decision. All in all great place. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Lots of nice walks to take around the neighborhood. Seriously go snorkel at hideaways , I think it is one of the best spots on the island and there isn’t enough parking to go there and actually find parking unless you stay somewhere close like this.

The condo we stayed at was absolutely what we wanted and expected. It was furnished beautifully and had everything we needed to have a fabulous time on the North Shore. We definitely will return here. It was pure heaven.

On arrival the streets are mostly unlabeled tha single room has upper and lower level both full with a bed. No table no couch etc. I had to sit in the car to read. The four “appliances “ ona counter came with warning: unplug everything else including air conditioner before using. The shower was a treacherous ice slab. No hand holds. The tub and side shelf were very wide so far wall could not be used as support

Walk down flight of stairs , only natural light sliding glass door looking out on wall of trees. No chairs or table, had to wash dishes in bathroom sink next to toilet. Unmarked drop off between two beds with refrigerator at steps. Parking was by permit, would be ok if did not have to park a 1/4 mile from room after looking in 7 lots to find a space! Plus had to walk in dark with no street lights—- dangerous.

Pretty noisy: When neighbors were using washer/dryer, it was very loud in our unit. Hard to sleep. Also, from midnight until daybreak, for two nights there was a loud ticking noise next to my bed that woke me up and kept me awake. The neighbors' TV was loud, too. Good beds and bedding: A definite plus. Otherwise, the place was pretty shabby: Towel bar had been removed from wall and was lying in the closet; the tub was fine as a shower, but no stopper meant no soaking in the tub; tub is old and stained, tiles surrounding it need new grout and to remove the black mold-lines; the mirror is old and has ugly black scar lines around the edges; the fridge had no icecube trays and there were no spoons, but service provided those within a few hours after I reported it. The whole place could use a new paint job and some sprucing-up.
