Quaint ranch home in a beautiful east side neighborhood. Easy drive to Beale Street, Graceland and golf courses. Private pool to relax in before an exciting night on the town.

In a great location great distance from grocery stores, restaurants, and the interstates. Home very family friendly.

The property is well-maintained and the space more than adequate for a group of longtime friends to get together. The garage was a nice bonus when we had to come and go in the rain and the pool was nice when the sun was out. Having mostly 1 level, it worked well for the friend that has to walk with a cane. The host communicated well and was easy to work with. It is located in a good area and we had a great stay at the property.

When you pull up the outside doesn't even begin to give a clue what you are in store for. Once we walked in, the word I kept hearing from my party was "wow". It's expansive but comfortable. Nicely furnished. The HUGE couch is extremely inviting and comfortable. Loved the art and furnishings throughout. The kitchen had everything you need to get things started. The internet was nice. I am a TV guy. So I appreciated the large smart tv's placed throughout.
Outside, the pool was nice( winter to cold) and inviting. Large yard for kids to play
Having access to the garage was very nice as well. Excellent neighborhood.
The owners was responsive and met every need we had. Awesome. Looking to stay again for my convention next year!

Our experience was terrific..We would recommend this property to everyone!! The location was perfect for a short drive to popular attractions yet far enough to avoid all the noise and have privacy. The pool was amazing to relax in after a long hot day out and about and the fire pit was an added bonus. The host was just as amazing very prompt with all questions we had and was very helpful with recommendations when needed. Not to mention the beautiful flowers and snacks that welcomed us after such a long drive. We will definitely book again

We had a wonderful time in Memphis and love location of this property. The property itself was extremely clean and the word towels for the pool and for bathing readily available and beautifully displayed. Our host was perfect and accommodated every question and then we had on our trip. We will stay there again.

The pictures did not do this justice. It was way better seeing it in person. The property was immaculately clean and the property manager left small welcome items that we have never received before staying at other places. It was an awesome neighborhood close to everything you need, and I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Memphis, TN area.

The pool was a lifesaver!
This property was awesome! Great neighborhood, grocery stores and restaurants near by. We spent a lot of time in downtown Memphis by the river which was only 20 minutes away. We visited during a record breaking heat wave so the pool was used every day! Every kid had a TV in their room, which they loved. The kitchen had a double oven so making 2 different pizzas at one time was a breeze. The host was easily contacted and quick with responses. Highly recommended! Thanks Diana!

The home was just lovely. The owner included snacks, flowers and a bottle of wine. Everything was neat and clean. Communication was the best I've ever had. The pool was perfect! The owner includes pool towels. She was also kind and gave us GREAT recommendations for the area. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!! Thank you for sharing your home!!
