We had a wonderful time staying in this awesome house. It’s furnished and decorated beautifully. Everything worked - which is not always the case :). The living area had plenty of comfortable seating space and we loved the outdoor seating. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Only (small) negative was not enough glasses in the kitchen for a house that sleeps 22.
An excellent experience and we will be back next year!!

Beautiful home in a great location that perfectly accomodated our big family. Rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The property manager was quick to respond to any request or inquiries. We had a great time!

Nice house. Plenty of room for the 8 ladies on this golf outing. Beds were very comfortable. We didn’t make it to the beach this time…bummer. The only negative is that the lights flickered now and again (no storm at the time). Would come back here again though

We enjoyed an awesome time with family (of all ages) at this beautiful home! Between the beach, bikes, and spacious home, we couldn’t have asked for a better environment for our big family (elders, kids & grand kids) get together! Some properties tout “sleeping” large numbers. This property was even more comfortable than described. There was actually comfortable bedding (not futon or couch) and baths for our entire family. It is elegantly designed and decorated. The icing on the cake was a family friendly pool & setting for evenings! We can’t wait to return and recommend it for all discerning travelers.

This was a very spacious home and was more than enough room for all. The owner was very responsive and the elevator worked most of the time. The pool was very warm but we still enjoyed it. We hope to visit again.

We absolutely loved our stay. Wonderful spaces for family time and private areas to spend a few quiet moments alone. The golf cart service to the beach was awesome! I am ready to go back!!

My friends and I loved staying at this gorgeous house for a long weekend. We had a group od 12 and there was plenty of space for all of us. Very close to everything. Highly recommend!

House was as pictured and awesome. Plenty of beds, clean, nice little pool that was heated to almost hot tub temperature (great). Only issue, and this isn’t a house or host issue, was the house right behind ours had a group of what seemed like 20+ that was on their patio really loud until 3:30am 2 nights and 2:30 the other. We were told all about the noise ordinance rule starting at 10pm. Wish that house got the message. Again, not the owners fault! All in all, very nice rental.

Had a great family trip with siblings, parents and everyones kids. House was wonderful, loved short walk to beach. We had a large group with Adult children and it fit everyone very comfortably and had everything we needed to fix many meals at home. We planned a family trip in lieu of Christmas presents and everyone had a wonderful time.

We were a group of 14 girls staying in the house for a bachelorette trip and it was absolutely perfect! There was more than enough space for everyone and it was a very close walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this place!

Kitchen and family room and bedrooms nice. Needs more bathroom space. Kitchen equipment ok. I liked the house for the get together but it would have enjoyed closer access to ocean and pool.

We had prompt responses and excellent service from both Tony and Lisa. Would highly recommend the house and the beach community as well as the property manager. The beach and ocean are everything I could have hoped for!! We enjoyed having such nice conversations with Carter as she transported us back and forth to the beach on the golf cart. We learned so much from Carter about the community and Hilton Head we would not have known otherwise. Thanks for an amazing week!!

The alternate sleeping accommodations are out in common areas so there is no privacy. If you have more than a 4 couple room requirement, this is not the home for you. The pool is very small. Room for one maybe two small children.

Plenty of parking as well, which is usually a concern for that many people. The house was beautiful. We paid to get the pool heated, and we’re so glad we did! Tony was great as well. If we needed him, he was over in less than 5 minutes to help us. They covered every detail! Will definitely stay here again for future trips.

There were more than enough towels supplied which was great! We enjoyed the beach and taking the kids to the nearby playground. The kids loved the pool and it was the perfect size for them!
Communication with the owners was smooth during the booking process. We love Hilton Head and can’t wait to come back.
