It was a great location, we felt safe in the neighborhood, and it was close to shops and great dining. The house was perfect for what we needed.

Nice place to stay. Convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. Close to everything but the villas were also private and not high rises. We could park right next to our condo. Very nice.

Great condo tucked away between the ocean and the bay. Just a short walk in either direction your at water. Perfect location to visit several other beach towns close by.

The place is perfect for a small family that’s looking for a place that’s fairly close to everything, but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The beach is a short walk, the bay is even shorter. It’s nice inside with everything we needed. Good fishing, nice pool, and some nice people that live in the unit below this one. 👍👍 Also, kept our boat there with a lot of stuff in it and had no problems as far as theft.

There was not any one thing that was terrible about our stay, but there were many things that were just OK. There was NOTHING, zero in the pantry, so anything like salt and pepper, vegetable oil....I have been in probably 10 different VRBO's and this is the first that had nothing. There was 1 roll of toilet paper so we had to run out to the store on day 1 to get TP. Two of the ceiling fans were completely out of balance and were too noisy to run at night. The kitchen had a bad ant problem and several spiders were seen during our stay. I contacted the owner to let him know about the ants and his response was that there was a can of Raid under the sink and that the ants only come in when you leave sweets out. We threw away muffins after day 2 and left no other food items out and we had a steady stream of ants until I sprayed raid all of there counter which was gross. Lastly, the cookware and utensils in the kitchen were very low quality. The pans were very thin cheapest you can buy "rival" pans that wal-mart carries. spatulas and serving spoons were all black plastic...also as cheap as you can buy at walmart. The parking area was very tight if you have a large vehicle or pick up truck. Last, the condo does not have cable or satellite TV. It has ROKU TV so you can find things to watch but we could not get anything live. It just felt like everything about the condo was done to cut corners and save money. Not what I want when I'm on vacation. The positives - the location was great. The view off of the docks in the rear of the property was nice. If you plan to be out of the condo most of the time being at the beach or other attractions and only plan to be back at the condo to sleep and do laundry, this place was adequate. If you plan to spend time at the condo in the evenings and have meals in the condo, this would not be first recommendations. Personally, I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The property was as advertised - very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive. Would have appredciated the check in instructions coming earlier as we were traveling before we arrived there. The bay was at the end of the parking lot and the dock provided a pleasant place to watch the sunrise and sunsets. With the pool right outside the condo it made it easy to use often. Just a short walk to the beach. You had to cross a two lane road but frequent breaks in the traffic did not make this a problem. The private beach was wonderful and not crowded. Lots of good restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive. I would come back.

This property is perfect for a relaxing stay. It is so easy to get to the beach and not a lot of crowds at the beach.

This place was centrally located and a short drive to all the best places. The house itself had all the amenities needed for a good weekend getaway and the jetted tub was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

no views as advertised. 2nd shower too small for an adult. queen bed terrible. coffee maker not what we expected - so purchased one.

My family enjoyed staying here for Spring Break. The condo was clean and was close to both walking and driving to restaurants, shopping. The condo has a lot of natural light during the day which we loved. We were on the River side, which was so pretty and peaceful. Beach access was a quick walk across the street and it was not crowded during our stay. The complex was very quiet and we enjoyed watching sunsets at night.

Rented the condo for spring break. Condo was clean and well furnished. Beach is very close and not busy. Would stay again in the future.

This place was a great rental for me and my significant other. It fit exactly what we wanted. It was clean and the area it was in was beautiful. The balcony overlooked the pool and the beach was directly across the street. We would definitely stay here again!
