Great house and conveniently located. Only 20-30 minutes from the beach depending on traffic. House was clean. There was a strange smoke smell when we arrived but it seemed to only be in the living room, it eventually went away after a day or two. Beds were comfortable but I would say bring pillow and blankets. The pillows were very flat and comforter blankets were thin. Overall a very nice stay and will return in the future! Thanks for having us!

Everything was great!!! It is a very nice house with lots of extras. The owners are so thoughtful to have anything that might be needed available. Directions for checkin and out were very easy to follow; nice fenced in backyard; We look forward to visiting again.

This property and stay was wonderful! Ron&Doris were amazing people to work with throughout the process. The house was clean, up to date with all amenities and a located in a great neighborhood for our vacation/softball nationals. I would not hesitate to stay here again. What a excellent experience and people to work with!!!

The home was nice and very cozy. Felt like a home away from home. Ron made sure we had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. Only issue I had was the outside trash was full and the grass needed to be cut other than that we had an amazing time at the home and will definitely be back to stay and visit Tropica Falls.

We loved our stay! The house was very close to the event center and the mall and less than 30 minutes from the beach! The house was very clean with lots of room! I definitely recommend this house!!

The host was easy to contact and very friendly and accommodating. The whole experience from check in to check out was so easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend this listing and will definitely be staying here again!!

This was the perfect spot for my family of five. Very clean with plenty of room and in a great location. Close to the outlet mall and Foley Tourism Sports Complex. I highly recommend this house.

Definitely would stay again. Property was clean and nice 👍🏻
The property was clean, however the grass had not been cut in a while, but they had rain and the lawn man had been sick and as soon as Mr. Jester found out which I should have contacted him sooner he had the lawn man there the next day. Mr. Jester went above and beyond making sure our stay was pleasant we would definitely stay there again. We were there for the World Series so the location was perfect.

Spacious and beautiful home - perfect for a family
Our family of 5 stayed in Foley while we were traveling through for a speaking engagement. This house was perfect for our needs. Ron was very responsive when we had a problem with the air conditioner and it was fixed so quickly. We really appreciated how easy he was to communicate with and how many special touches the house had! There were movies and games for our family to use, the pantry had spices and other extras like an insta pot and other kitchen items. The beds were comfortable and our girls loved the bunk room and bunk beds! We highly recommend Ron and Doris' home in Foley!

Wonderful home - highly recommend!
The house was PERFECT for our needs! Very spacious, very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Ron is so easy to communicate with and very responsive if a need arises. This home is a gem!

This house was everything we expected, and way more. Location was perfect!! Not right on the beach but not too far out of town! The house is huge for a little, big family! We have 2 adults and 5 kids and everyone had plenty of room to space out and still be comfortable! Super clean and cozy!! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Above and beyond
The property was great they went above and beyond and had playpens for babies and beach towels fur guess on top of bathroom towels.

It was a good location for what we needed. Only issue was one of my kids was allergic to smoke and there was a faint smell in the home. But not enough issue to contact the owner. Other than that very clean. The owner was very kind and accommodating when asking to check in early.

Our stay was amazing!!! The house was clean and beautiful! We loved the fenced in backyard. The property manager answered any questions that I had in a timely manner. The location was perfect. If this property is available every time we come to this area we will stay here!

The owners were so accommodating ! We were in Foley for college soccer Nationals that our grandson was participating in. They provided new lawn chairs for us to use while at the games. Very thoughtful. If you get a chance to visit Foley, do not hesitate to stay here. It was great!!!

The owners were very accommodating and kind. The house was emasculate and met all expectations. We will definitely rent this property again should we visit this area.
