It's probably much better here in summer.I want a Jacuzzi in the fall, but it didn't work.And they shared a chicken coop and fresh eggs.We didn't find it.

We all enjoyed our stay at the house. The house is neat and clean with high ceilings and very comfortable beds. We only stayed one night but we will surely come back. Unfortunately, the weather was not very cooperative, so we were not able to use the pool or the outside area. The grounds are very well maintained. I highly recommend it.

Myself and a group of 7 other girls stayed for the weekend as a summer getaway and we had a great time at the house! Everything was immaculately clean and the house was beautifully put together. We enjoyed spending time by the gorgeous pool and also going in the hot tub! House is close to town and other attractions. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would come back!

The water pump broke the week before my scheduled stay at this property. The owner found me and my group of friends an alternate house that was just as good or better than our original accommodations. I’d book with him again.

Frank Costanza would have found serenity on this gorgeous property! I traveled here with my husband, kids & MIL last weekend and this was exactly what we were looking for.
A beautiful home complete with ALL the amenities (a working Mom’s dream by the way) where we were all able to just enjoy one another’s company while making lasting memories.
Fabian & David are unbelievably awesome and a pleasure to work with! They were so quick to respond to any of our inquiries and have created an environment that truly has everything!
The outdoor space was sheer enchantment; while my husband and kids enjoyed the beautiful pool & hot-tub, my MIL & I sat on the porch listening to Elvis & Sinatra, drinking our white wine and enjoying the lush gardens all around us. Just a magical time for all who come here!

Stayed here for a nice summer weekend with our kids and parents. Amazing location close to farms and wineries - and perfectly equipped with amenities like clean outdoor pool and bbq for a family vacation. Definitely will stay again!

Beautiful Property & clean house
We had a great time and Fabian was excellent in his communication. The house is very clean, the kitchen decked out (even fresh eggs in the fridge and honey!), the bathrooms very modern and nice. The property is kept up very well. One should know that you need to pay extra fro swimming pool heating but that's obviously optional and was communicated clearly once we inquired. The property does sit on a main road and you do hear the cars but the landscaping is done so well that once there you don't sense you are near a big road. The only quibble we had was the outside furniture and cushions were pretty dirty/wet but it certainly didn't detract from a really nice get away. Would certainly recommend the house & property to others. Also, nearby a market with lots of fresh veggies/fruit/pastries.

We stayed at the rental for 1 day while we went to the Northfork wineries. The house had everything we needed. Worked out perfect. I would 100% recommend to someone looking to stay in the area. Spacious, Clean, and Beautiful space.

We were looking for a house to rent close to all the nofo activities in Long Island. We’re from the island but didn’t feel like driving home after a long day of pumpkin picking and the vineyards. This was a perfect house for us. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and outdoor swing set. Fabian was very responsive. Overall great stay. Can’t wait to come back !

We were looking for a house to rent close to all the nofo activities in Long Island. We’re from the island but didn’t feel like driving home after a long day of pumpkin picking and the vineyards. Overall a great time for our family and friends who traveled with us. Only regret is that we didn't stay longer, as I'm sure we would've been able to enjoy the property even more.
