had a great stay here! bedroom was clean, comfortable, and amenities were available. very spacious! quang was very prompt to answering questions. although parking was street only, had no problems looking for parking. location was in a nice quaint neighborhood. i would highly recommend if it’s you’re first time exploring the downtown seattle area.

We stayed four nights and it was perfect for our needs. Very clean and quiet. Highly recommended. We were able to park very close to the place each day. We did not use the kitchen but it was very clean and had plenty of room with a nice outdoor porch for sitting. Thank you Quang and Chi and your beautiful cats!!!

This is LONG: 1) no Parking … ended up parking on street 1-1/2 blocks away 2) No external lock on our door 3) no dresser, in fact not a single clothes drawer in the room 4) closet had a 5’ by 2’ hot water heater and a total of 4 hangers 5) Bed was only about 1 foot high (hard to maneuver for a senior with 2 knee re Placements) and had an oversized frame that really hurt the ankles when bumped into 5) only one bedside lamp so reading not possible one one side of the bed 6) one of the two bath towels was stained. Ther was no face cloth and only one hand towel. When my wife went up to request more she got no answer. 7) no slip mat or traction in tub and I slipped twice 8) 2cats which walked on tables and counter where food was preferred and eaten 9) were “entitled” to use ONLY top shelf of fridge which was no more than 6” high. Milk container would not fit 10) first night at about 11PM we were watching television from about 6’ away and could hardly hear it when the owner came down and told us to turn it down!!!!! It is my belief this is badly detrimental to VRBO and that the owner is in over his head

We had a great stay! The property is very clean and in a convenient location. It’s within walking distance to Discovery Park and the bus stop to downtown is right outside the home. The hosts are very kind and friendly. The cats are an added bonus!

The owner was very responsive to all my inquiries. The place is as described. Very clean, quiet and the location is excellent. Overall a great stay.

The place was really clean and accesible. The room is just passing the front door at first floor and separate from the rest of the house , which is great. The bathroom is outside the room, it was spr clean same for the kitchen. Quang (the host) is spr polite and kind, I fully recomend to stay here. I could not expect more.

Location was close to a business appointment which was ideal. Nearby was Discovery Park, lots of trails and the lighthouse point is the perfect place to watch the sun go down. We happened upon a neighborhood close by in Ballard that had a brewery on every block. Ballard Locks very close as well and there were restaurants and shops at the marina there. Easy access to downtown as well. Hosts were pleasant and accommodating. Room and bath were immaculate and private.

A couple more pillows and washcloths would be nice but overall this place had everything we needed. Their two cute kitties made appearances and we enjoyed spending time with them. Shower/bath was comfortable, clean, and easy to use - the water warmed up quickly. Fast WiFi and in-room hand sanitizer were bonuses. Enjoyed our stay!

Extremely clean and comfortable. Only thing is it can be bright because there are no blinds.

Super easy check in, very comfy bed and super clean private room with access to shared kitchen. Was the perfect spot for us. Try the Lebanese place down the block! Thanks Quang!

Quang’s property was just as advertised. Property was in a great neighborhood, we had everything we needed, and we enjoyed our stay!
