The place is a dump. The floors are cold heating did not work, shower only lukewarm. Apt was old and needs repair. Poorly lit, noisy by the highway with TV that only buffered and difficulty in getting channels to work.

It was easy to access and was a decent place to stay.

We did expect it to be abit nicer considering what we paid, I understand it’s a ski town and they are pricy but the finishings were average. The apartment is downstairs, so if people are staying upstairs their foot steps are quite loud and can sometimes hear them talking

Great to have kitchen and washer-dryer. Great location for daily walks.

VACASA provided confusing information for check-in. Located next to I-70, so sorting out initial room entry with VACASA rep on the phone was very difficult because of extreme road noise. Road noise also prevented having windows open at night. Ceiling light stopped working and on-site handyman could not fix because of exotic technology. Never did get repaired during our two-week stay. Floor lamp at desk also inoperable, so the room was always dark and dingy.

Excellent location very close to the bus stop where 3 different bus lines pass, walking distance (~10 min) from grocery store and restaurants, so extremely convenient. Cleanliness was top notch, bathroom was impeccable and lots of towels and shower amenities were available. Kitchen is well furnished, there is lots of storage space and a modern thermostat kept the temperature comfortable. The entire booking process and access to the property was very easy, the house team was very responsive to questions prior to check in. Apartment is spacious and comfortable for 2 people. Price was competitive compared to alternative options. Would definitely stay there again.

Fireplace exhaust did not work well, got a lot of smoke inside to the point the fire alarm went off when lighting up the fireplace, so I could not keep the fire burning. Also, a hairdryer was not available, and I would suggest to add it or to disclose upfront that it is not available, since it is a reasonably common item to expect.

This place is your typical Ski Bum flop house. The furniture is from a nearby landfill and the internet is intermittent at best, although the location is close to shops and a bus stop. I would not recommend this place for a visit to Vail, for the money i think you could do much better.

Poor internet, cheap furniture and tiny bathroom. I think this place was built back in the 60s when they were throwing them up as cheap as possible. Although some effort has been made to renovate it is a very cheap job.
