Comfortable hotel near the old town, next to the builing is good supermarket. Good restaurant, breakfast. Superfriendly staff.

swimming pool a bit far (you have to pass parking area) without towels, also shower not the cleanest there.

The noises from ambulances No room service after 10:30 not even water Staffs have to be trained to welcome the guests with warm smile, and to respond positively when customer arrives. I have observed this at the reception. I have stayed there more than 3 times, for the last 30 days I think and this has been the issue that I have identified

Modern facility with spacious apartment and good location, very friendly staff, nice view especially from the rooftop restaurant and bar and facility adjoined to a shopping mall for convenience

Some confusion with accessing the facility by taxis

This property is absolutely amazing. The suites are spotless and tastefully decorated. We were given an upgraded room at no extra charge. The view of the city is spectacular. The location in the center of town was ideal. The rooftop restaurant is a great place to eat, drink and be merry. The food is delicious and impeccably prepared. The most special part of this hotel is the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. They also let us store our bags at the hotel for the day since our flight did not depart until midnight.

Nothing. This place is perfect. I travel a lot and haven’t experienced a hotel this nice and economical for a long time.
