A localização do hotel é excelente! O comércio local atende muito bem, com muitas opções de restaurantes, supermercados, farmácias, etc. A recepção do hotel é bastante charmosa e acolhedora. O restaurante anexo tem um bom cardápio; comemos o Spaghetti Carbonara e estava muito bom. O quarto é espaçoso e possui uma decoração clean. O centro de Boston fica a apenas 6 minutos de carro do hotel, tornando-o uma excelente opção. No entanto, o DESTAQUE da nossa estadia de 3 dias foi o atendimento prestado pelo JOSÉ ANDRADE, um dos gerentes do hotel. Ele proporcionou uma verdadeira demonstração de CUSTOMER CARE. Tivemos um problema com o carro alugado (bateria) e ele prontamente nos prestou toda a assistência necessária. Não só tentou resolver o problema, mas também entrou em contato com a locadora de veículos, explicou todo o contexto e nos forneceu seu contato pessoal para oferecer assistência. São ações como essa que geram fidelidade à hospedagem e nos incentivam a recomendar este local

Nice newer hotel in a great Somerville location - easy walking distance to Harvard and numerous squares with restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable, and it had one of the best hotel fitness rooms I've ever used. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked very nice, with a big bar and nice outdoor area. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a little on the pricey side but the location made us go with it.

However, it was far from the subway station.

The hotel is beautiful and modern. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable.

I had an issue at check-in that I thought the manager could have handled better. She was rather curt and perhaps needs training on how to manage customer expectations. Other than that, the staff were excellent.

I stayed 5 nights in this hotel for work. It’s a modern hotel with very nice rooms. I liked that the room offered fridge and coffee machine. The location is good, not far from Central or Harvard sq, and there is a nice brewery just across the street that is worth visiting. There is a gym and a game room, with pool, kicker table, etc… really nice. The hotel staff is friendly and competent. I recommend it if you want to stay in the area. Wifi worked very well for me.

The hotel does not offer breakfast buffet, but the hotel restaurant has good breakfast options in their menu. However they only offer regular coffee, for some reason they don’t have espresso or capuccino.

Really wonderful stay - the staff were kind, warm and accommodating and the hotel itself was clean, comfortable and well designed. Rarely write reviews but would highly recommend staying here - great value and experience.

We were not informed of the $30 per day parking fee to use the garage.

It was new and nicely decorated

Staff was unfriendly. Only coffee was offered downstairs, no tea. Paper cups in the room were not replenished daily, nor was sugar or tea. Towels that were hung (indicating they would be re-used) were nonetheless removed every day. But the worst was the way the staff treated people like they were a nuisance.

The location was good, staff helpful and the room was well kept.

There was no breakfast available, only a pastry and coffee. There was no drinking water in the room apart from tap water, I was directed to get water from the gym fountain.
