The house was really nice & a great location. It was pretty close to everything we wanted to do.

When we arrive the owners key pad to get into the house quit working on us, the internet he had reset & it wouldn't work again & then the AC quit working on Thursday. (None of these his fault at all) Tania (I think is her name) very hard to get in touch with. Doesn't answer the phone or text messages at all. We had to call Evolve to even get in touch with her when the key pad wouldn't work. They were very pleasant to deal with. The owner had someone out there right away to fix the ac and they were back Fri to replace his ac unit. We had to contact him.. bc she wouldn't answer a phone call from us. There were definitely more good then bad things that happened for paying over $2,000 for the stay there. A discount on what we had to deal with would be nice, but have a feeling that will not happen.

Great value for money. It was very easy to check in and out of the property. It was great that there was a pool as well as all the beach amenities inside the garage that we could use. Very comfortable experience. Good size kitchen and living room. Felt as if you were in your own home with everything you would need in the kitchen and the pantry, as well as for laundry. Great experience for any group of friends and/ or family.

It would have been nice if there was shampoo and body soap provided in the showers.
