Bourne Hall Hotel

We arrived early and were able to park before check in & at a great price. Sreenath was super friendly and helpful. Check in later was easy and when we realised there wasn’t enough beds due to them changing sofa bed out for a bunkbed with double on bottom & single on top, Sreenath dealt with it beautifully and sorted us quickly. Even came with some extra towels for the children. An amazing shower (water flow) and whole place was immaculate with a great kitchen filled with more than we needed. Also pleasantly surprised with a huge decked balcony, shared with a flat, but great when you smoke! Close to beach and a quiet area.

Only thing we struggled with, due to small children was the size of the shower, tight squeeze for 2 people. The room was slightly warm on arrival, but doors open & cooled quickly.

Clean & good guy @ reception ;very friendly guy .

Told to pay for parking : please can you review this policy ? It will drive away potential customers . No decent hotel does this

Location is excellent for the beach and the town

Quiet
