Fantastic location, very family friendly. Everyones needs catered for. Comfortable quiet and relaxing enviroment. Short distance to the beach and amenities. Hosts are fantastic providing everything needed for a family vacation.

Nothing not to like.

Loved the natural sunlight from the large windows and the decor was perfect! The hot tub, closet with games, and arcade games were wonderful extras for our relaxing family time ❤️The beach access was not far at all which made it easy to come and go as needed. A small grocery store is nearby and had everything needed for our bbq.

No complaints from me. My husband just rather a charcoal bbq pit but he still enjoyed the gas grill. We just had to go refill the propane.

The place is really close to the beach and had only to walk few feet. My family and the kids were having a blast going to the beach and able to go back and eat meals and back to the beach they go. Host was quick to respond to questions and having all the things needed for the beach and the toys for the kids are a plus. Edit: There were 9 adults and 3 kids + 1 baby in our get together. The planned get together was communicated to the host prior to the cancellation due date just to be sure it's allowed or we would have done other arrangements if it's not something permitted. My brothers and their family went back to their respective hotels after, so they were not at the house constantly. As far as parking, only 1 car was in the driveway and others in the street as specified. Beach and bath towels, we've washed most of them, thinking that it might help with the cleaning crew. For what it's worth, the place is very nice and is good for family.

The blanket and the bed cover in the main room doesn't look like it was washed or cleaned as it showed some few small stains, so we took it off. Although it's not such a big deal but it would be good to have an extra toilet paper in each bathroom, so we don't have to look all over the place for extra things or have a sign where the disposal button is. It will save us from contacting the host with every little thing. Lastly, hope future guests don't have to deal with a complaining next door neighbor. or have an extended family to visit. We celebrated Father's Day and Wedding Anniversary on the weekend with my brothers' family and kids, so I think the excitement we had around 2 PM inside the house for picture taking, not even lasted more than 15 mins merited a call from our host because there was a complaint from the neighbor. The neighbors would not have heard if they were not in the Balcony of their rented townhouse. It kind of put a dampening atmosphere to the group. Other than that, most of our stay was fun.

Great location & steps away from beach. No cars allowed on this area of beach so very few people were there.

We didn’t feel that the cleaning company did a very good job cleaning. There were no garbage bags anywhere, not even the garbage cans, so we had to run to the store & buy them.

kids loved the arcade games, only a couple minutes walk to the water
