Great location. Clean home. House and pool was great for our 6 kids. Saw dolphins and hermit crabs at the private beach area.

We originally had a different place in Fort Morgan reserved but the owner canceled 5 days before we left. The vacation company put us here and it was the best thing to happen to us. The condo was absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location for the pool and beach. It was in the bay so the water was calm and seaweed free. My family had the best time and will be booking again next year. The video games upstairs was an added bonus for our son who isn’t a fan of being outdoors for long.

The place was more than I expected but it is worth the stay & I would definitely recommend it to everyone. I would return to enjoy myself once again. You get it all with this place the view, entertainment & the ocean view. Love it!!!

The location, the place, the amenities, everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay but reason for my 4star and not 5star because I was never notified the pool was not functioning. Bummer because it was a main attraction since we had a few kids.

Our family had the perfect beach vacation at our Banana Bay Villa. The home was well maintained, updated, roomy and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. Our four children loved the upstairs game room! The property is wonderful, your just footsteps away from a beautiful Bay Beach, where you can fish, search for hermit crabs or just relax on the sandy shore. We loved the pool and hot tub too. The beach is just a short drive from the complex, less than 5 minutes and an extra bonus is the River Road Dog Beach for your furry friends. The residence at Banana Bay where extremely friendly and we can not wait to visit paradise again!

It is a beautiful house/ condo.. very convenient to grocery stores/ etc… very nice to be able to go to places quickly….loved the private beach.. beautiful. Typical Florida weather .. great condition and the outer grounds were great and accommodating ..

Can't Wait to Stay Again
The home is beautiful and located in a private community, non commercialized area. Excellent driving distance to the Gulf. The entire area was clean as was the interior. I am looking forward to renting this property again in the future.

Wedding weekend
It is a beautiful house/ condo.. very convenient to grocery stores/ etc… very nice to be able to go to places quickly….loved the private beach.. beautiful. Typical Florida weather .. great condition and the outer grounds were great and accommodating ..

A few of the downsides: the neighbors called in a noise complaint on us at 6 PM even though we were not making noise. That was frustrating.
The house only had 1 towel in the kitchen, I would have liked a few more. They did not supply trash bags, foil, dish soap (except for 1 packet), which is fine, it would have just been nice to know that prior so we could have packed those things instead of having to buy it all once we were there. When we got there, there were also dirty (like stuck on) dishes in the dishwasher.
The convenience of the check in was easy, and the private beach was great. Great location to other beaches, restaurants, and shopping!

We asked about it, but no one could tell us why or when it would be fixed, or who to talk to. If the pool was heated and the hot tub worked, it would have been absolutely perfect. Would still stay here again in a heartbeat, but would like to make sure the hot tub was working first. Location was great, and the private beach was really nice.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and newer remodeled. Kids took the upstairs and had a great time making it their hang out. Overall, we had a fantastic time at this rental. The family gathered here for the holiday. There was 5 adults and a dog. The location was perfect. The space was just the right size, very clean, and the furnishings are very nice. The kitchen is very well stocked and had everything that we needed and then some. We love that you allowed our dog to stay here too! She is family also. We spent time fishing, went to the State Park, and just relaxing at the beach. Only issues were the kitchen faucet is loose. I also informed TurnKey via text message. And we received a text stating that the "noise meter" registered a noise and wanted to make sure everything was ok...We were just playing a family game. Now we may have gotten a little louder but not to the point where I felt it should have set it off. I guess time will tell if I will get fined for it. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.

The property was everything that it was supposed to be. The only problem we had was we kept getting texts that we were too loud and one time when we got the text we were not even home and it was 830 at night. We were in a corner unit and the unit next to us was empty There was no one across the street from us so don’t know where that came from. when I asked turnkey where the complaint came from they had said they couldn’t revel that info. A question I have is if we were being too loud and someone complained how would they know to call turnkey rentals instead of knocking on our door or calling the police.? When I asked if they had a monitor in the rental unit they were very evasive so I think that says a lot .
