Everything we could have asked for in a vacation house. Master suite is spacious and has a shower and tub. Pool and hot tub. A little tricky to figure out how to get the hot tub hot. Short walk to a great beach, great neighborhood and we liked Anna Maria Island. Only drawback was that there were no food basics: no salt or pepper even. Be prepared to buy everything you need in the way of food. Otherwise all good.

The only disappointment we had was that the hot tub only worked about 30% of our entire stay. We made so many calls to to AMI Realty and someone only came out twice to fix it. The repair never lasted long. So, keep that in mind if the hot tub is a selling point for you. Other than that, the home was clean, the beds comfortable, the sheets soft. Many beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc. Fully stocked kitchen. Smart TV’s. Everything you could possibly need, except for the hot tub. The house is in a good location, easy walk to a nice area of the beach. A short bike ride to the shops of AMI and even down the other direction to Holmes Beach. Really would’ve been perfect if not for the hot tub issues.

The house was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The pool was warm and wonderful. Close to the beach with fantastic beach chairs. Will definitely stay again.

Everything about this rental was perfect. It was sparkling clean, an easy walk to the beach, well-appointed with beach gear, and the pool/yard we're incredible. We're already planning a trip back. Highly recommended!

This was our 4th year renting this property and we knew what to expect property wise.We rented for three weeks and expected everything to be serviceable. The SPA didn't work for our entire stay even after repeated daily phone calls. Maintenance showed up three times and didn't have a clue what they were looking at! I was told that the pool company would come and asses the problem; no show!! The property is nice but we won't be back.

Being a nurse has not allowed an opportunity for a family vacation since the pandemic, so for our first vacation in years to be at such an amazing house...priceless. Pool was more than big enough for our group of 7 people. Property was perfectly landscaped. Kitchen had everything you would need. We had two very minor issues that were immediately fixed by the property management without hesitation. Short walk to the beach, but why go there when you have a great private pool

We also loved hanging out at the home's pool and using hot-tub during cooler evenings was perfect.

The house was very clean, you could even smell the cleaning products. The back yard was THE BEST part. So amazing, a tropical oasis. The pictures don’t do it justice! My family of 4 (two boys 8 & 11) went with another family of 4 with boys the same age. There was plenty of space in the house. The older boys slept on twin air mattresses (that were in the master closet) in the den. There was a fold out queen available as well. The beds were all very comfortable. And the showers.... the showers were amazing!!! The master shower was a steam shower, so nice! The shower on the main level was luxurious as well! Huge tub in the master bath, though we never used it. The outdoor (enclosed) shower was so convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the utensils and dishes you would need. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a game changer! There were plenty of beach supplies, making packing much easier. There were 2 beach carts, a beach wagon, large cooler and small soft coolers, pool floats, beach toys, goggles, corn hole boards, plenty of chairs and umbrellas, and we donated some boogie boards....everything you could need for a day at the beach! The backyard was just the best thing! The only thing that could have made it better was staying longer!!! Overall, a wonderful house! I recommend renting it before it books!!

Everything about this property was wonderful. Location to the beaches and restaurants, on the 3rd day we rented a golf cart and really enjoyed touring the island with that. Loved the pool spent a great majority of our time hanging out there. Already talking about booking for next year.

Although the pool and garden were our favorites, the property as a whole is fantastic, as it has elements for all types of groups. The kitchen is spacious and overlooks the open living room, but there is a separate enclosed den if privacy is required. The dining area has views out to the pool, and there is the add on 'conservatory' next to it for quiet reading indoors in the mornings or if the weather is bad. If you venture further, the outdoor screened patio is great for outside dining mozzie free, with the gas grill right outside that. Thhere is the wonderfully spacious garden with good sized pool and great hot tub. There are plenty of loungers, chairs and umbrellas. The free trolley bus north and south stops right at the end of the street, only 50 yards away, so overall this is a great villa in a great location, we loved it!

Property was beautiful and as described. Very clean on arrival. Kitchen very well stocked. Pool area was awesome! Beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, beach toys and boogie boards all in the garage! Short walk to a beautiful beach. We had a great week and will be back!

I honestly struggle to put into words how absolutely amazing Glory days is. Thank you to the owners for sharing this beautiful home. We drove over 1500 miles from Maine to get to the island. This was a first visit to Anna Maria (won't be the last). When we got to the house it was exactly what was advertised and more. The house has all the personal touches that made it feel like home. We had 8 people, 2 adults and 8 "kids" (22, 21, 20, 16, 14 &10) Glory Days was a perfect fit. The house was stocked with plenty of pillows, linens & Towels. The kitchen is well stocked. I cooked for 8, breakfast and dinner every night! No need to rent beach stuff or coolers, it was already there. We were seriously such a short walk from the most beautiful beach. Sunsets were beautiful. Our days were spent bouncing from the pool to the beach and back. No one wanted to leave the island. Our truck never moved all week. The house is a short walk from all the cute shops. We had a snag with the propane while grilling on Sunday. I called the emergency number and the super nice guy from AMIA came right over with a new tank. Wow! We fell in love with Glory days and no one wanted to leave. We vacation at least twice a year and this was by far the most relaxing family vacation we have had. hope to return again this year. My only sad moment was when I wanted to rebook the same week next year before we left, to only find there was a slight difference in cost due to us booking a cancelled week.
