This property accommodated 4 adults very easily especially having two bathrooms. Parking is difficult as stated, but we were always able to find parking close by. Our stay was comfortable and we all agreed that the beds were great! We would be back.

Great Stay! 5 Stars all the way! Best Shower in any Rental ever. Parking is tight but everyone knows the game so its a very respectable system. Central to Everything!. I would re-rent anytime in LA again.

Prior to booking I read a review (or maybe 2) about loud neighbors setting off fireworks. The neighbors are quiet., but the (on demand?) water heater for the master shower makes fireworks sounding noises while hot water is being used. Though I suppose that was bothersome, once we knew what it was, it was fine. Parking was not an issue until street-cleaning days. 2 days a week (Wednesday and Thursday I think) the amount of parking on the street is halved (to one side) and you will have to park some distance from the house if you arrive after 6. A small walk is not a huge issue, though the area is a little ‘industrial’ beyond the street the house is on. I wouldn’t view that as a deterrent unless you are nervous about your surroundings. We didn’t expect a second bathroom, and it was awesome! The house was almost perfect for a family of 4 with 2 teens! Close ‘enough’ to Disney and universal without paying too much ( though you need to be ready for traffic, it isn’t right outside your door!), grocery store and food within reach, and all the comforts of home.

Good proximity to LA locations, clean and has up to date appliances, super easy check in and out!

Home was so sweet and cozy. As soon as you enter it feels like home. Had everything you need for a stay. Made our trip to California much more special. Will definitely continue to do it again

House was nice and clean and well kept Up. Beds were very comfortable and fit our family of 6 easily. House is close to railway tracks which we could ignore but might be loud for some.

I love my stay there quite neighborhood was nice. Shopping center nt far frm there. An we enjoy the back yard. If in twn again an this property is available I would stay again. RUBI thankx again

The home was actually bigger than it looks and it has nice homey decor. The wifi was really fast and A/C blew perfect I enjoyed my stay.
