The location was amazing and the house was spacious

They didn’t supply for the amount of people they rent the house out for and it’s a run down not like the pictures and cleaning needs to be better cabinets we’re dirty the rug had an old mildew Oder. And the game area was ok dart board needs to be better the arcade machine was to old got stuck and pool table needs to replaced

- Location was within walking distance of Snow Summit. - If you are travelling with kids, this house is not in great shape, so fear for breaking things are pretty minimal. - The property management company as responsive to some of the issues we incurred during our stay.

- The driveway wasn't plowed so immediately on arrival we had to shovel snow to park our cars. - There was no ice. The ice maker didn't work. - No sheets on top bunk beds. Had to make our own beds for the kids. When you are paying almost $300 on cleaning fees you would think the beds would be made. - The spa was lime green and smelt like formaldehyde. It obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while. We booked this place based on certain amenities, this was a huge let down. We let the mgmt company know but they weren't able to come out during our stay. - It was raining the weekend we stayed and the entire house flooded. Severe water damage. We ended up shoveling the snow on the balcony to hopefully help stop the leaking, and we contacted the property mgmt company to let them know how bad the flooding was. Hopefully the property owners are contacted because the damage is substantial.

Location is absolutely amazing - within walking minutes of Summit ski slopes. Plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Large choice of entertainment (pool table, arcade games. Board games Jacuzzi, etc). The management team were good: very friendly and helpful (courtesy late check-out for example)

Only comment : the jacuzzi could not be used for more than 5 minutes as it made the skin extremely itchy and dry…

great location

we were locked out, had to be let in. slider had no door handle and couldn’t be opened. sheets were dirty. 2 of the tvs did not work. bathroom overflowing and called customer service 3-4 times promised someone would come out. nobody EVER came out. people were wonderful on the phone promising follow through, but never happened. would not recommend to anyone who is expecting to pay this much with zero customer service.
