Suites Al Maqam Hotel

This was my first stay at this hotel, and overall I had a good experience. The hotel is quite large, the staff were good and cooperative, and the overall service was satisfactory. The breakfast was fairly basic with limited options, but considering the price of the stay, having breakfast included was definitely a bonus and added good value. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price, especially considering the hotel size, staff, and included breakfast. Just keep the parking and two-bus transportation arrangement in mind when planning your stay.

One thing to keep in mind is parking. The hotel does not have convenient parking available, so you may need to look for public parking nearby. For transportation to the Haram, the process requires changing buses. The hotel provides a shuttle bus that drops you at another bus stop, where you need to take a second bus to reach the Haram. The second bus requires a ticket costing SAR 8 per adult for a round trip.

The room on the 9th floor was fantastic, well-equipped with a refrigerator, TV, air conditioner, iron with ironing board, tea and coffee supplies, electric kettle, and hair dryer. Nice and cooperative staff. Peacefull place and very near to haram not much crowded place around.

There is lake of groceries stores in surroundings
