Very spacious perfect for 6 people. Great kitchen utensils/cleaning supplies etc. Beautifully decorated and top quality furniture and furnishings in all rooms. Great instructions from owners on access to property. Perfect location
Could have done with an extra car pass as had 2 cars

This property definitely deserves a higher rating! Very comfortable, beautifully furnished apartment right in the centre of Ambleside. Everything on our doorstep! Would highly recommend
Very little, but the approach to the apartment is through an alley at the back and this needed a bit of tlc as a bit overgrown with weeds. Also my daughter and I were sleeping in the attic room and as the weather was particularly hot one day it was stifling at night and a fan in place would have been very beneficial

Really great location, very nicely furnished and comfortable. Lovely kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Living room was cosy and perfect to chill in after a busy day. Views out into Ambleside were super too.
It's only a small thing and it didn't ruin the stay by any means! I would have loved if the tv in the living room was a smart tv so we could have logged into Netflix in the evenings. The tv picture quality wasn't great - but this was only used for an hour or two per day.

Very spacious, all rooms were big, perfect for two couples and kids. The kids loved the loft room! Well equipped and beautifully setup.
There were some previous negative comments re the alleyway and hot water but we had no issue with either.
Parking permit is for a cat park a little far away, we ended up by finding free parking closer by so didn't use the permit.
