We had an amazing stay at Blue Kai. Kim was an excellent host who took the time to escort us to the house, give us a tour of the home, and provide many tips about the island. The home and pool were fantastic. Beds were super comfy. The layout of the house is perfect for two couples. Because the AC is only in the bedrooms, the living area would get pretty warm at night but that meant more time on the deck or in the pool with beautiful views!

This villa is perfect for two couples. A split bedroom plan with each having its own AC and full bathroom with private outdoor shower means each couple can be comfortable. The villa has a view of Coral Bay with more than ample deck space and lots of seating around the pool. The pool was a great way to relax in the afternoon or evening. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked making cooking at the villa a breeze if you choose to do so. There is also a gas grill. The provided beach chairs, towels, coolers and floats also made beach days better. Even though it’s on the quieter side of the island there are still great stores and dining options close to the villa. As great as the villa was, the host was even better. Kim was incredibly responsive and more than willing to share her knowledge of the island. I’ve never had a better overall experience with a host from the welcoming check-in to the super simple check-out, I don’t know how it could have been better. If you are looking for a place on Coral Bay, this is a great choice.

Kim was a great host and the house was outstanding. The kitchen was very well appointed for meals in. The deck has stunning views of Coral Bay and cool breezes. The pool got great afternoon sun so it was never too chilly to enjoy. Plenty of room for two couples.
