Anchorage Aweigh is an exquisite two-bedroom villa perched above Coral Bay Harbor, offering sweeping views of the turquoise waters below. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation and privacy, the villa features a centrally located pool and expansive pool deck—perfect for soaking up the Caribbean sun while enjoying panoramic harbor views.
The main living area opens to the pool deck, with interior stairs leading down to the lower-level bedroom. Air conditioning is provided in both bedrooms for comfortable nights after warm island days. A/C is in the bedrooms only

Important Booking Details
Off Season: April 16 – December 15 | 5-night minimum
High Season: December 16 – April 15 | 7-night minimum
Rates are based on occupancy
- Reservations for 2 guests include access to the upper-level bedroom only
- Reservations for 3–4 guests include access to both bedrooms
- If the second bedroom is requested for 2 guests, additional rates apply
- Please note: AMEX is not accepted
Adjacent to the main villa—but completely separate—is a one-bedroom cottage where the owners stay only a few weeks out of the year. Both homes were intentionally designed to face different directions, ensuring privacy for all guests.

Just a 2-minute drive down the hill brings you to Coral Bay’s small but lively hub, featuring waterfront restaurants, casual bars, live music, small shops, and a local market.
Some of St. John’s most beautiful and less-crowded beaches are just minutes away, including:
Salt Pond Bay – great for snorkeling and hiking
Haulover Bay (East & West) – pristine and uncrowded
Hansen Bay – calm waters and excellent snorkeling
Little Lameshur & Great Lameshur Bays – untouched National Park gems
Nearby access to Virgin Islands National Park trails makes this an ideal home base for hiking, snorkeling, kayaking, and exploring the island’s natural beauty.

Every thing was great! We loved the quiet side of coral bay. The house had all we needed. Host was quick responsive with questions. Great instructions on finding the place. Clean and comfortable.

Host was great in communication, house was clean and nice. The only complaint would be to add a sign or something because it was really hard to find the house the night we checked in because it was dark. After that all was great. Good location amazing views and loved the wildlife. It was interesting with the outside showers but was a cool experience!

Just stayed over Christmas 2025, I’m truly on the fence about how to rate our experience and expectations with this rental. I strongly disagree with all of the “exceptional” ratings. in my opinion “acceptable?”is more fitting. I rely on those positive reviews when planning/booking as a helpful tool. So let me be blunt with mine. Positives were, the view, the pool and beach equipment. Some of the negatives were a broken toilet (was addressed), broken toilet tissue holder, broken start button on dishwasher, front door locks (only 1 worked), the filtered water tasted & smelled like chemicals (we purchased our own) ,the ice machine broken, the main bed mattress sunk in the middle, the downstairs bedroom was musty smelling, and had an issue with the dryer which was ignored. The ac worked well in bedrooms tho rest of house was very hot, owner should consider ac unit in main rooms. Overall dated and disappointing. We paid top dollar for this place so not worth it! Tho a vacation with my family “priceless”!
