De Hot Tub en het verwarmde zwembad. De ruime woonkamer en keuken en de mooie en veilige omgeving waarin de accommodatie zich bevind. Ook is de gastheer erg vriendelijk, betrokken en helpt op elk moment van de dag.

De bedden waren erg zacht wat ik iets minder vond, maar dit is persoonlijke voorkeur. De eenpersoonsbedden waren iets te klein.

Excellent location, lovely sized house, cute garden with pool. Lovely hosts who were available at all times. We couldnt turn on the shower, got in touch and someone was at the door to help within 10 mins. Thankyou for a lovely stay

The villa is fantastic, great location and neighbourhood, spacious, clean, great facilities, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. the host is always contactable and friendly and we will definitely return... the washing machine and dryer were superb especially as LA was our 2nd destination on our holiday so was lovely to be able to make use of these facilities. The Pool and Hot tub are also fantastic and all the little touches the host has around make it feel very welcome and homely.

Super quiet neighborhood, lovely house, very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked and we managed to cook a lot of meals there. Highly recommended.

No keys needed. It's an excellent location for Universal Studios. Near Walmart and Target for grocery needs. If visiting Hollywood this rental is an excellent location. The property is very nice! It was very clean. The backyard is amazing with plenty of tables and chairs. The pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing. The kitchen is wonderful.

The only thing I didn't like is that the dishwasher was down.
