The view, location, and condo were all excellent.the furnishings were all very comfortable. Check-in instructions were simple.

The toiletries were lacking a bit. I'm not a fan of the little travel size containers. Refillable permanent wall mounted containers aren't as wasteful. It's really hard to complain about something, as nice as this condo is.

The location was great 10 mins from all attractions and very quite. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The space was very clean and organized. They had board games to play and I loved that it was baby friendly.

Cleanliness was less than expected. Cracker crumbs, fingerprinted fireplace glass, etc.

the view and the area was absolutely stunning. the host was extremely responsive and helpful. The check in and check out process was extremely simple. They had everything you needed from a high chair to a washer and dryer. We loved our time here!

the location. we’ve stayed in this area of Branson many times and the location is key. the quietness as well

since we were childless and basically was being homebodies, we spent a lot of time on balcony and bedroom. the balcony, I didn’t feel the railing was secure enough to lean on. I felt uneasy. the bedroom tv barely worked and would freeze up, had to pull out dresser and unplug to unfreeze. wonderful otherwise!!

Very poor communication with the owner. When booking we got a message from Bailea, who I assume is the owner, stating that they would "reach out closer to your reservation with check-in instructions" 8 days later I received that same message again. But as the time approached I still hadn't gotten any check in information, so I sent a follow up message 3 days before our expected arrival asking for the information & I never got a reply. The morning we left I was honestly worried we weren't going to have a place to stay. After booking there was an option to select an estimated arrival time so that the unit could be ready. We selected between 3 & 4pm. Once we arrived, still without any check in information, we finally found a number to call the main office to figure out how we were supposed to gain access to the rental. We arrived at 3:40pm, exactly between the timeframes selected, & we were told over the phone that we were early & that's why the code didn't work. We were never given a code to begin with. The man on the phone was able to remotely unlock the door from wherever he was, & set up our code. Once we were able to enter, we noticed the entry door had no additional security locks. Knowing someone could unlock the code remotely & let themselves in at anytime during the stay was unnerving. The guest bedroom sheets looked & felt like they hadn't been changed, & the bottom bunk bed had exposed nails from where it looked like a piece of protective trim was missing. Trying to keep yourself (or your kids) from running a nail in your head as you got off the bottom bunk was a huge concern. We never found the hot tub that was advertised. We also did not receive any check out information. We had no clue what our responsibilities were before leaving. Without information or communication with the owner we were left just guessing.

The location and view were wonderful! Getting into the house and locking it up without keys were convenient. Everything was nice and well furnished.

Parking was a little tight but things worked out pretty well with even a big 12 passenger van. Was hoping to use the outside fire pit for s’mores but you have to bring your own propane. Not a big deal. Hard to say anything bad about this place.
