If you life sitting on a balcony watching the beautiful bay, this is the place. The apartment is well furnished and clean

The only negative is if you want to make the walk to the seafront you need to be able deal with steps. 134 steps down ! However you can’t have that view and not be up hill

Value for money, location, stunning views, excellent facilities. Very comfortable accommodation. We are two couples and there was plenty of room to have “our own” space as well as shared space. The parking is a bonus, but requires some driving skills! 🤣

Had a fantastic stay...apartment is lovely an well laid out...everything you need... views from the balcony an pretty much any window were breathtaking..fantastic location... cant wait to return

The Apartment was fab, really spacious, Kitchen Island was great, the balcony was bigger than you think, the view was spectacular overall clean and comfotable. Great comunication with Host, who we didn't meet but she seemed really nice from our communications and accomodating with our Special Needs familiy members. We had front row seats of the airshow which we had coincided with visiting family who live in Torquay.

My Son is Special Needs and he found the hight of the Apartment difficult and would not go onto the balcony. My younger Son who is also Special Needs didn't like the hight but once sat on the balcony chair he was able to enjoy it. The hill is steep if you walk up and down to the Seafront so mobility can be difficult, take breathers. The entrance to the Apartment parking space was easier coming in from the right handside but be prepared for the first hump, I couldn't see anything past my bonnet including the low walls except the sea, I got my partner to direct me a little but he had to be brave and trust my car control . We have a Kuga so it cleared the top no problem because it has good ground clearance and its an automatic with help on steep slopes. I also turned round and backed into the space to get out easier once everyone has parked. Leaving the space I got my partner to go to the top, he could then stop any traffic so I could get out in one go and not have to stop at the top. Once you have done the in and out once its not so frightning. Other than that all good.
