We loved the private walk to the beautiful beach where the sand was firm, making family setup easy and clean. The panoramic view from the living room windows is stunning. The decks provide an amazing outdoor area. The kitchen is well equipped. The layout of the house was perfect for our three couples and three small children. There were ample towels for both bath and beach. I would give this house a five but for the full size beds and tired beach equipment— only four chairs and all were in need of replacement. Boogie boards have been through too many summers. Hope owners update those few things. If so, we’d rent again.

Such a beautiful house and decorated so nicely! The views are to die for! But the downstairs smell of mold and mildew is unbearable. Considering the price I have no idea why they can’t afford to fix it.
If you don’t plan on using the downstairs it is amazing. There is also a bug problem which can also easily be fixed

We had guests that were ages 4-70years and everyone had a lovely time. Steps from the beach and a breathtaking view from the upper deck. Any issue we had was immediately handled by management. FYI there is no cable and only one TV is able to hook to other sources.

We were disappointed and kept finding more and more things that made our stay difficult. The landscape was out of control. Trash from other guests including boxers and solo cups were in the back yard. Several large bugs in the house. Outlets in the bathroom did not work. Sheetrock was unfinished in parts of the home. AC upstairs barely worked. No remote for TV downstairs. Door knobs were rusted on underneath porch to a point of being dangerous and jagged. The list goes on. For the price charged you are paying for the view and convenience to the beach. Otherwise be prepared with bug spray, hedge clippers, and to clean when you arrive. Home next door is listed as a tiny bit more money with double to accommodations. Sad.

The house was in a great location. There were a few issues (a skylight in the kitchen that has been broken since March, the AC had an issue which was being worked on during our stay and required multiple visits from the repair company, and the basement had a musty smell), but the views, easy access to the beach and location were great.

Great Location but.....
Two 1st floor bedrooms were uninhabitable. Very musty odor all week. Turns this into a house that sleeps 3. And the pool table was useless since the smell was so bad down there. Master has King bed and other bedroom on main level was a double which really only sleeps 1 adult. Floors were not washed/vacuumed. Stains on the bedroom carpets should have been scrubbed off. Kitchen trash can was filthy as was wall it sat next to. Furniture had so much dust I could write my name in it. Main bathroom had very slow draining sink. But the location was fabulous. I would hire a new cleaning company.

Spectacular view! The Beach is easily accessible by a long, but scenic boardwalk. Saw plenty of nesting turtles and other wildlife. Beach is vast with fluffy white sand, and plenty of access points for a 4x4 if you are so inclined. The house is clean with plenty of space for a large family. 2 bedrooms downstairs with a pool table. We stayed upstairs with the view and open spaced kitchen family room design. Very lovely home!
