Beautiful location! Lovely breakfast and dinner with a superb view! Location was very peaceful and relaxing. Pool and spa location.
A pity there's no sauna for general use without having a massage. Not brilliantly dog friendly, we couldn't sit on the terrace or bar with our dog. Instead we had to sit buy the entrance to the hotel with our dog with a drink. Staff could have offered more information on things to do. We weren't offered information on walks, cycling or anything. We think they should be encouraged to sell the area more with things we could have done.

The location was amazing if you are staying there to relax, enjoy the spa with all its facilities. A wonderful place to be to find peace and serenity😍🙏
BUT if you want to go into the city everyday, it's very expensive using taxis.
Must have a car!!!
Also, it is a PET FRIENDLY and the fact that couldn't enjoy breakfast even out on terrace with my dog was disappointing.

The room was spacious and spectacular. I stayed with my 78 year old mother and we had two separate tiered rooms. Beyond our expectations. The spa staff were so friendly and helpful. The thermal spa was a perfect end of day experience. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the sunset view was spectacular.
I cannot fault the property at all.

Beautiful location, luxury feel
Attitudes of staff. Very unwelcoming, unfriendly, definitely not “happy to help”. General snooty attitude all round made us generally uncomfortable.
