Location is central everything nearby. The room size is big with all facilities.

The online check-in and no physical presence of any staff in case you arrive a bit earlier than 3pm. Secondly, the wash rooms are a bit weary needs improvement. Due to the location, the sound pollution is unavoidable (that's an inherent issue the management can't control)

What we liked the most about the property was the location and closeness to all that we wanted to see.

Upon arrival I had an extremely difficult time finding the building and address. Our driver just dumped us off without knowing whether we had found our accommodations. So because of that and having difficulties finding the building my family and I were in somewhat of a panic. I called the customer service number and they were pretty much useless both times I called. I finally found a wonderful young man that worked close by and he was able to send me in the direction of the building and we finally got settled. I think you really need to have better instructions on how to find the building. The address is not enough. Also, in room 304 the bathroom had a horrible smell emitting from the drains, I suspect. It was very unpleasant. I think your staff needs to look into why that is happening.

Location within walking distance to major sites.

No host. Very small room. Can only stand on small balcony.

Enjoyed my stay there. Room was nice clean and had what I needed.

Only one thing but it’s a big thing. The noise of a night was crazy. Obviously it’s on a busy area so I expect the noise but early hours of the morning there was machinery out cleaning the streets right throughout the night.
