The staff are always ready to assist. The beds are comfortable and the place overall is well kept and clean. Food is nice but not for more than a couple days in a row. Breakfast has a good choice.

Our chalet was beautiful and very clean, and with our own private swimming pool and 3 rooms, we honestly felt that it was worth the money! What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, from the gentleman who carried our luggage to our room, to the one who came to clean our pool, and all the wonderful staff at the pool bar and breakfast buffet. A special thank you to all the beautiful ladies (one of them was Mehrab ❤️ ) and gentlemen that made us feel very well looked after, they added so much to the experience! It was a very nice atmosphere at the pool, really nice music, tasty cocktails and lovely island vibe. We had such a great time, and also it felt like we were not in UAE anymore, a whole new world once you step in this resort, like we were on a beautiful island in Santorini and we loved that, it felt like we travel outside of UAE. Plus it was not crowded.

The only issue was that the guests in the chalet next to us (number 2) played very loud music all the night (on the 29th of September until 30th in the morning), so unfortunately we couldn’t sleep at all in the last night, before the check out, we were very exhausted, tired and frustrated, especially after paying so much money, it seems that this kind of behaviour coming from this type of guests was allowed to continue until morning. We called reception, but these guests did not stop. Also, since it's mentioned that dog owners have to leave the property if their dog barks and will not get a refund, then why are guests who play very loud music allowed to disturb other people's sleep? I would rather have a dog bark than this party going until 8 in the morning.
