This is an awesome 2 level condo, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms, and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the excellent location to the beach and Coligny plaza. Carolina Crumb is our fav breakfast place. Leslie

Excellent communication with owners. Very nicely decorated, loaded with everything you need- I mean more than I have ever seen at a VRBO! The location is right next to shopping, restaurants and Coligny beach. A few suggestions re the master bath: the shower head needs to be changed out or deep cleaned- it was shooting water in all different directions and the lighting is very dim, especially if you are trying to apply makeup. And the master mattress was thin and uncomfortable. These were minor concerns that wouldn’t keep us from returning. We had a great time and will return.

Our family (4 teens!) loved staying here! The location can’t be beat, and all the amenities are comfortable and well thought-out.

The place is really cute. Location is ideal - you walk through one parking lot, across a little road and through one more parking lot and then you're at the beach - about a 10 min walk all in all. Close by you have Coligny Square which has a great coffee shop and plenty of restaurant/shopping options. The rental had everything we needed and communication with host was easy peasy. We were very happy with our stay!

The condo was beautiful and clean and was exactly as described in the listing on Vrbo the amenities were awesome and the communication with property owner and management exceeded my expectations! We needed to stay an extra day because someone in our party was sick and the property owner was very accommodating with that! 10 out 10 would definitely recommend!!!

Well situated close to the beach. The walk was enjoyable and scenic. Very nice pool. The kitchen had everything. Very clean condo.

Numerous amenities for all of us! We enjoyed the bikes, pickle ball, the pool, and the beach. Great location/especially for young adults and teens.

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. We loved the location, as it was a short walk to the beach and to shopping/restaurants. The bikes included were a hit and we loved the bike trails. The property manager was easily accessible if needed, and the condo had all we needed to have fun at the beach or pool. However, there were a few things we would note for potential changes. Several of the appliances could use updates (I.e. the washer and dryer). In addition, the condo was much smaller than I guess we had anticipated. We had no where to store our beach stroller and chairs inside the condo as we had a handicapped guest staying with us. We left our children’s stroller and fold up chairs outside of our door and got a notice that we were not able to do so. We were a little frustrated with that as we literally had no where to put them inside. They were in no ones way as the walkway led to our door only. Again, overall we loved the property and appreciated what it had to offer. We just probably wont stay there again with the party we had (5 adults and 2 small children) due to space.

Truly enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The property was clean and conveniently located. Short walk to the beach and shopping area. Our question for the owner once we arrived was quickly answered. We will definitely consider staying at this property again and would highly recommend. 5⭐️

We’ve been traveling to Hilton Head Island for several years, since I was a child, staying in several different plantations from Sea Pines to Shipyard. This trip was a most special one as we got married on the Beach behind the Beach House Resort @ Coligny & stayed for 10 days to follow with our 2 children, our 4 year old son, 14 year old daughter & one of her friends. The Villa was top notch, one of the nicest furnished, cleanest, quaint & cozy places we’ve stayed in on the island. The layout & decor of the Villa was perfect! The grounds are very well kept & scenic with a lovely fountain feature pond view off our balcony. The pool is perfect size complete w/ outdoor showers & washrooms. We enjoyed the pickleball courts & the amazing adventure park located right behind the villas. The location was great, one short walk across the street to the beach, tiki hut w/ live music & Coligny plaza. The Villa is supplied w/ fun beach gear for all & 6 bikes which we used to ride around every day & night. Other guests from our wedding group stayed @ the villas & all had great things to say about their stay as well. The owners Karen & David are extremely kind & communicative responding promptly to all of our needs. Truly Outstanding hosts! 5 stars all the way around the board for this Villa! Will absolutely stay here again! It was truly a magical stay that Katie, the kids & I will cherish forever!

Karen & David were amazing hosts. They kept wonderful communication and made our family feel at home. They have a lovely condo which was perfect for our family with young children. It is located close to the beach and within short walking distance of Coligny shopping center. There is a HUGE playground just steps away as well. We were there during a golf tournament, unplanned, so being able to bike/walk everywhere was a huge plus. We would highly recommend this home!

Spacious and well accomodated in an excellent location, presents terrific value. Lastly, the property owners are communicative and timely.

We absolutely loved staying here! The property was well equipped with everything we needed and was well maintained. It was conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The best part was the bikes available to explore the island. overall, a GREAT place to stay.

This condo is exactly as advertised. Location/proximity to the beach is excellent. Bikes, beach umbrellas, toys are nice extras. Binder with insights into local activities and restaurants was great. We had a fantastic time!

We used the unit to get together with our daughter, son in law and grandsons who live on the east coast and we live in south central US. Perfect location. The unit was amply supplied with “extras”from bicycles to beach toys for the grandsons. Central living area was great for all of us to get together. Beach only a long block away, dining and shopping within walking distance. Owners were available and responsive to our questions. We couldn’t ask for more. Our grandsons didn’t want to leave.

We chose Hilton Head as a central meeting place for my parents from NC and us from Florida. The condo was cute and clean and just as shown in the photos. Beds were comfortable and we were really able to relax. It was a quick walk to the beach and shopping but the elevator from parking garage was perfect - especially for my elderly parents. We cooked several meals from the condo and they had everything we needed. One note, there is no aluminum foil or cling wrap which would have been helpful to have when trying to save your leftovers. Overall we had a lovely time and would definitely come back. Thank you!

Very easy check in process and beautiful, clean house. Access to pickleball courts was nice. Didn’t use pool or bikes due to cold weather but having that as an option was nice as well. Very quick walk to the beach. Only recommendation would be to move checkout time to 11 or 12 instead of 10am. Overall great stay, would recommend.

Lovely condo, exactly as listed in a very convenient location….walking distance to the beach and some good restaurants…a short drive to Harbor Town and other local attractions. Would definitely book again!

Karen & David have a great apartment which is set up with just about everything needed for vacationing adults and families with young children. It is ideally located to the beach and within short walking distance of Coligny shopping center with lots of eateries and shopping opportunities. Lots of stuff to do on HH Island so no need to drive any distance at all to have a great time. Comes with undercover parking with direct access to the apartment block so you and your car are protected from the elements. Our family were visiting from Australia and they had a great time. Space was more than well equipped- it had hand weights, sun glasses, plenty of blankets, and condiments in the fridge. Lots of space and can sleep 8 easily. Primary bedroom was on the first floor. It was just perfect!

Everything about our 2 night stay was perfect. The bikes were awesome, as were all of the recommendations and suggestions from our host about where to ride. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and had more than enough room to spread out when needed. The descriptions and pictures were all accurate, and the communication was smooth and very thorough. Would definitely stay again if ever in HH again, and would not hesitate to recommend for a relaxing and care free stay.

Six of us visited Charleston for an evening to get away before the holidays. We all felt as though the location was great, property was clean and would visit again! Hope to make it an annual thing and would definitely stay at this location again! Thank you!!!

We’d never been to HHI before and this was great location for us to be. The condo was in great shape and the amenities were outstanding. We used the bikes everyday to check out Coligny Plaza and bike up and down the beach. We used the tennis courts on site and made our breakfasts and lunches in the condo. HHI offered awesome dining locations and the owners provided a nice homemade guide book giving great insights. Did I say the word great enough? We were really impressed with the overall experience and would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

This condo is within walking distance to the beach, a variety of restaurants/shopping, and a wonderful park! It’s a little noisier than I expected for the off-season but a really enjoyable stay.
