Good size, location and facilities. Excellent service from manager to quickly repair broken toilet flush. Done within a couple of hours of reporting it.

A little difficult to locate the ‘block’ when arrived as all numbered separately, but once found it,could see the logic. Key for access to pools but nearest pool required an electronic fob so didn’t try to access

That place had everything you needed and more, location was perfect, close to all major restaurants, beach. My Girlfriend and I would go back again in the near future

Convenient parking, the property manager was very nice, and overall the stay was fine. The whole property is definitely dated and could use some maintenance. The unit itself was fine, and it was nice to be able to just use the code to get in and out.

Paying a large cleaning fee to then have to do my own laundry before leaving is annoying. The place wasn’t very clean when I arrived to begin with. You could tell it was a very quick clean, but definitely could have used a good vacuum and wiped down of all the surfaces. You can tell they tried to paint and add value but did it very cheaply. I would say the unit is overpriced for location and if it had a much lower cleaning fee it wouldn’t have been so bad.

Beautiful property perfect location, renovated unit has everything you need

Very nice property! Two pools, each with their own hot tub. Lots of lounge chairs. Bar and restaurant on site with canal views. Centrally located. Has two queen beds, very comfy, nice shower and bathroom. Washer and dryer handy in the unit.

it was cute and comfortable.

i didn’t like the idea that I had to pay for a cleaning service and then was asked to wash the towels the night before departure and strip the beds and wash the sheets in the morning. We also had to be out by10am. I am always cognizant of leaving a place clean, but stripping the beds and doing the laundry when paying a cleaning service is a bit much.

Exactly as it was presented on the website. It rained the entire time, but the patio was great and we sat outside with our drinks and talked. lol

It was perfect. Had everything we needed to cook and clean. TV was a bit difficult. Bring your google chromecast or fire stick. we missed all Sunday NFL games cause we didn’t know how to work the TV
