We just arrived and the hot tub was felty dirty. The host was more nasty than the hot tub? She asked us to leave if we did not like her place. She promise a refund? She did not refund nothing I had to go through a dispute and she practically stole our money. I hope that make her happy. Enjoy!’

The property was very nice and in a great area. The pool was nice as well as the hot tub. They had it cleaned the second day we were there. The neighborhood was nice and located close to everything. The home had all the things needed to go to the beach which we appreciated seeing we flew there from NC.
The only issues we had were that we never got the key code to get into the home and we had to reach out to the host to get that ourselves. The other issue we had was that the electronic door must have run out of batteries, and we could not access the home. We notified the host and was told to just leave the back door open when we left so we could get in and out. I did not like that we had to do that for safety reasons but that was our only option. We also had to go buy some ice makers because the ice maker was not operable.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would rent this home again.

Everything was just as promised here. Only minor problem was it was difficult to figure out which switches were which for the lights but the property manager responded immediately to answer our question. Backyard area with pool was very nice!

The location was in the perfect location in proximity to all the things we planned to do that weekend. It was very clean and stocked with the basic ammenities. our only complaint was that the mattresses and pillows were a little too soft for our liking but it would not deter us from renting this property again.

We loved our stay at this house. There were 8 of us and there was ample room for all. The house was updated and beautiful. The backyard pool and hot tub were perfect and even though the pool was not heated (we knew this before renting) the kids still swam anyways. The location was great and we felt safe and cozy during our stay. The host was very responsive if we had questions and the check in and check out went very smooth. Thank you so much for making our family vacation that more special.

Our stay was perfect although the neighborhood was a bit crowded for a vacation. Pool was perfect, hot tub was comfortable and relaxing. House was well prepared and communication was easy. The owners take care to make sure it feels like home for a short time.
